Our program:
4x4 Pick up transfer with 4x4 by 5:30AM from your hotel in Agadir.
Continental breakfast: coffee, tea, fresh orange juice, and croissants in our base while inflating the balloon.
c1hour balloon flight in front of the Atlas Mountains and the Atlantic Ocean.
Transfer with 4x4 to our berber tent for the freshly made berber breakfast.
Return to your hotel by 11:00AM with 4X4.

Amazing experience - Outstanding and well organised trip from start to finish early morning pick up with a smile
Really nice Moroccan coffee and Croissant to start before the trip of a lifetime
The captain was so funny and made everyone at ease and it was so amazing to go up into the sky without even knowing
The trip was fun and to watch the sunrise was awesome and the music he played was so so so good
Overall such a amazing trip and full credit to the captain and his staff and for the breakfast after we went back to the tent
Would highly recommend to anyone

Cancelled booking due to "Weather" - Trip Cancelled due to "bad weather" it's actually been great weather but I suspect it's due to being Ramadan currently. I can understand that just wish they didn't let you book if that is the case.

To be avoided - Booked a flight for 2 ppl, they never turned up for pick-up and when called they lied about sending a cancellation email the previous day. Very unprofessional! Would not risk it again especially since it's not a cheap experience!

Organizer not reliable / TripAdvisor-Viator excellent - The day before the event we called the organizer. We were then asked whether we had booked in Agadir or Marrakesh. When we answered Agadir we were immediately told that it would be too windy the next day. We should cancel. A short time later we received a message via WhatsApp saying that it would be too windy the whole week and that we would not be able to fly. This was incomprehensible, as the flight weather information predicted little or no wind. When we asked around we found out that the organizer does not fly in Agadir at this time of year but focuses on Marrakesh. We easily found another organizer in Agadir who flew with us the next day.
The cancellation via Viator / Trip Advisor was easy.

No experience, no communication - disappointed - We did not get to experience due to weather - we had organised for day 2 of our holiday and this was cancelled. Trying to make contact with ANYONE at all was a nightmare! Had the tour operator just communicated with us, I would be much more understanding. We leave on Thursday but have deliberately kept each day free “in case” the balloon trip happened. I have had to chase this each evening with little or no success. Disappointed with communication but I understand why the flight couldn’t happen.

Terrible service and communication - This company cancelled my hot-air balloon sunrise trip for Saturday 21st January without contacting me although they said they emailed me the day before which they definitely didn't.
It seems to be a theme with this company as I have read the same stories on trustpilot etc I was supposed to be picked up on Saturday at 5am I went outside the hotel at 4.35am in case they were early I waited till 6.15am and they failed to appear,there was two phone numbers provided to contact them which I phoned several times without any answer while I waited.
I emailed them later on that morning which they replied saying they had informed me the day before I tried to reschedule for the Sunday or Monday but didn't reply to me again.
Taking a big chance booking this company via getyourguide who weren't much better.

It’s a swear word - The most memorable part was getting up 3:30am for a taxi 4:30 for the balloon flight pick up at 5:15 (I had asked nearly every day for a week if the unpublished pick up time was 5:30 without answer until same night as pickup due). So waiting over hour & half tried messaging then decided to buy a phone package to phone Viator in UK they contacted the balloon flight people then I recieved 2 calls when talking to London it had been cancelled. So no the most memorable part was it’s not.
Stressed & worried & sleep disturbances lots waiting I was rather ill rest of that day. Whilst one stat admits it’s a weather dependent activity, no chance of conversation is a biiiiig minus.

rip off - I've been trying to get my €410 back for weeks! So far, nothing!
No one to contact as the company is based in the USA! I've now called in my lawyers! This site should be viewed with caution

Book this at your peril - The view of the hotel lobby has the operator failed to turn up or contact despite myself calling numerous times
