Two times in one week - We felt in love with Essaouria last year, so from our current one week Agadir holiday we visited it two times. We choose Face tours based on their fair prices, and a lots of good reviews. And we did not regret it! We had a really great time! Both times pick up was prompt, and guides were excellent. We did not spent the day with the group and guide after arriving, but on the way both shared they knowledge about the region, Essaouria, and Morocco. Highly recommended tour, even if you want to discover Essaouria by yourself, or you choose to stay with the guided group.

A long but worthwhile trip - It’s a 12 hr day including pick up & drop off! Interesting place to visit. Traditional fishing port. Would have liked less time in restaurant/ Argan oil place to give more time around Kasbar & medina though. Guide (Abdulah) was good.

A very good day out with an excellent guide - Picked up from our hotel a little after 7.30am by taxi, taken to a rendezvous point where we boarded a new VW minibus. Slight delay in collecting one couple (no-ones fault) then off to Essaouira. Stopped off to see the goats climbing trees - what an amazing experience. A couple of other stops then guided tour of Essaouira harbour and Medina. Had lunch there (food was average but okay). What a cool hippy/boho vibe Essaouira has, definitely worth the long journey. Favourite experience was the tree goats though 😊 Driver was professional and safe, guide was awesome.

Okay day trip - It was a long drive from Agadir, which I expected. The guy takes you around town and explains things and then takes you to lunch (you pay for your own lunch). We went over to the fort which for me was the whole reason I wanted to go on the trip. You only get 10 minutes over there and I would have wanted longer. You get some free time at the end so I went around to the marina and then I went to the beach nearby. I wanted to sit over there until The pickup time, but the wind was so strong. It was blowing sand everywhere and in your face so I couldn’t sit over there. I ended up sitting near the meeting point in having an ice cream instead. At the end of the tour, the driver and guy didn’t drop me at my hotel which I found unacceptable. They left me down on the main road instead and told me to walk up. I had a tip for them but I didn’t bother to give it to them because I felt that was disrespectful and lazy. I’m sure everyone else got dropped at their hotel. It was Ramadan and I’m sure they wanted to get home fast so they could eat but I still think it’s unacceptable.

Bus failed to show up. - The bus didn’t turn up at 07:30 on 8th January. In fact, it didn’t turn up at all. Neither did they contact me or Viator. Furthermore, Viator was unable to contact this company for days afterwards. Absolute disgrace - I can’t believe they’re even getting away with still trying to sell this trip. Neither can I believe all the 5* reviews. Unbelievable. Only reason I gave the company 1 was because there was no 0 option. THINK VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU CHOOSE TO USE THIS COMPANY. .
