Upon arrival, the warm Welcoming put us in a very good position: smile, professionalism, and soft and soothing Mood. The setting is elegant, well thought out — dim lights, essential oil scents and relaxing music — everything invites relaxation.

Amazing. - The best massage of my life! It was what it took to be well relaxed. I recommend Argan Palace! Tea on arrival was offered and delicious We even got a little gift!

Very nice experience - Great experience. We exchanged on whatapp to have information especially to be in the same room with my husband for massage. Everything is very clean. Masseuses are great. The massage starts gently but is sometimes toned which feels good. They picked us up from the hotel with the free shuttle. I recommend

Be careful of paying in advance - Me and a friend I met on holiday booked a one hour massage through the hotel, where we were given a ticket We really enjoyed the massage and decided to come back again, however we had to separate due to no kids club. We paid before we left and booked in for a 2 hour massage, 2 days later, it was written on the clipboard, her in the morning, me in the afternoon She returned with no issue, then off I went. On arrival they asked me what I wanted, I tried to explain I was already booked in for a massage at 1pm. The lady spoke practically no English and said to me few minutes. Finally at 2pm someone came for me, then the reception lady was showing me prices and asking me to pay. I was explaining I already paid and was already booked, she said ah ok pay after massage. I tried explaining again to no avail so I went up, I thought about going home but it would have been a wasted journey Once we started upstairs, I asked the lady doing the massage if they had understood I had already paid. Lo and behold this lady spoke no English either. I spent the whole massage tense and worrying what was going to happen after, I thought maybe I should just pay again to avoid trouble, but have I got enough money on me? Will they lock me in and call the police? I felt very scared, I was alone and vulnerable in a different country, away from my hotel, in a place with lots of bolted doors and no one understands me. I didn’t enjoy the massage one bit due to worrying. Sure enough after the massage, I was taken straight back to reception to pay, and luckily the driver that had brought me was already waiting, who spoke very good English. I asked him for help and he explained to the ladies, they finally checked their clipboard and said ah yes you pay. Turns out the staff had changed at some point, the lady from the morning spoke good English and my friend had no issue. Had the driver not been there I don’t know what would have happened I couldn’t get out of there fast enough after that worrying experience, I did enjoy the first massage a lot but sadly this experience put me off and I wouldn’t go back So I urge you, either book through your hotel and get a ticket, or don’t pay until you get there. Don’t find yourself in a tricky situation like me, as there’s no guarantee anyone there will be able to understand you. It really put a downer on the experience and my trip to be honest, I shouldn’t have been feeling like that on my holiday. On a positive, Maria is very good!

Bad experience - One visit to this establishment which works a lot with the different hotels in Agadir but hires extras to be able to satisfy the guests, at the expense of the quality expected by the guests. Very disappointed by the services offered. A 2-hour massage must last 2 hours without interruption... which is not the case!!!
