excellent - We had a great and relaxing experience of massage and Hammam.
The place had a beautiful ambience and well maintained.
The staff such as Fatima were very welcoming and friendly
The therapists were highly experienced and professional and provided an excellent service.
The massage was very relaxing and the Hammam was so refreshing leaving my skin smoother than ever.
Overall it was an amazing experience to unwind and relax and at a reasonable cost.

Morrocan Hamman 1hr - Took my daughter's for their birthday treat. It was their first time at a spa so was a little nervous. The ladies did a great job to help them relax, they really enjoyed the experience. We came out with smooth silky skin! Fatima at reception for products was brilliant advising the benefits of the products I purchased. She was so warm towards the girls and threw in a few treats for their birthday which was a lovely gesture. The Moroccan mint tea and cookies were nice after treatment. Lovely clean spa and very reasonable. Thank you ladies🤗

I have been attending this massage center for three years, which is truly an oasis of freshness. The teas and sweets offered by Fatima are extraordinary, as are her cosmetic advice. Pure happiness🕊️ cleanliness and professionalism - Charming welcome, then Fatima makes us wait with mint tea and cakes, very smiling and pleasant... perfect hammam, everything is very clean and very neat, excellent scrub... feeling of new skin!
Massages... Radija 2 took care of me for this incomparable moment. Strength and softness, she knows perfectly the points to deal with, and always with a smile. Extremely efficient and professional, a real treat massages with Radija2.
I really recommend this place , good communication at reception, via wats app, clear and quick answers

Good but could have been a better experience - Booked appointment here today for 1pm
Collected by taxi from the hotel and arrived on time. Was left to wait in reception for 50 minutes before being taken upstairs. Had hammam lasted about one hour and was good, the attendant did good job, then was led to another floor for one hour massage. Massage was very professional and lasted almost the full hour so all good. Waited about ten minutes when coming out and taxi driver advised we were waiting on others to finish to take us all together, I was already running an hour late from the start so did not fancy hanging around any longer. Decided to get my own taxi back using indrive app.
Good hammam and massage but was let down by the very long wait at the start, and to make my own way back at the end.

Wonderful Hammam and Massage, but Some Room for Improvement - I recently enjoyed a hammam and massage at this spa, and overall, it was a great experience. The treatment itself was excellent – one of the best massages I’ve ever had! The therapists used high-quality products and were very skilled, ensuring that we left feeling rejuvenated and pampered.
The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating, which made the experience even more pleasant. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. Although they initially offered to pick us up, they later informed us that our hotel was too far and quoted a 300dh fee, which felt overpriced considering our average taxi fare to the city center was only 40dh.
Additionally, there was quite a bit of chatter and talking during the session, which made it difficult to fully relax at times. That said, I cannot fault the treatments themselves – they were absolutely top-notch.
If you're looking for an excellent hammam and massage experience, I would still highly recommend this place, but a bit more quiet during the sessions and clarity on transport costs would make it perfect!

The hostesses talked and laughed among themselves, without paying attention to the arrival and departure of the client, except to cash the service
The satisfactory massage service.
Correct equipment can do better
You would need more space in the massage room

False promises - I was at the NATEA Spa again today for a hammam and a massage. The discounts for repeaters and/or online bookings mentioned on the first visit were unfortunately not known on site. Statements like “Next Time...” etc. show me the system behind it.
The shop in the entrance area is appealing but without any advice. On requests you get wrong recommendations. For example, we wanted argan oil for the face and we were led to a spray with rose water. After a hint, there was again only: ‘Sorry sir’.
The NATEA Spa is OK, but there are also many other spas with the same and/or better performance. The hammam and massage were good. The rating refers to the service, the false promises and the associated rip-offs.
