SO MUCH FUN! - This was a great excursion! They had all the fun things and it was clean and safe. And they had fun too. I would highly recommend this location!

So much fun! - It was an amazing time at the Jungle Kingdom! We did the cenote, atv, and the zip line. It was so much fun. The cenote is like a cavern cenote so I was definitely scared to jump and we did lose our GoPro but one of the staff there was very willing to help us retrieve it from the bottom of the cenote! The atvs were super fun and so was the zip line! The staff there are very friendly and knowledgeable about the activities. I would definitely go back!

This experience was well... - This experience was well worth everything! The ATV’s was so much fun (you always want to go longer) but we enjoyed them. The zipline was an experience. If you don’t like bridges I wouldn’t recommend, but their team keeps you safe so you wouldn’t really mind. Let’s get to the cenote ! BEST EXPERIENCE! it is two one you can jump & the other you can walk in. Paco was amazing with the tequila tasting & the staff was very friendly. Everyone was super nice & welcoming. This is the one you want to do.

Best excursion! - 5 out of star stars! Amazing, friendly, and supportive during each item of the trip!! So happy we booked with them. If I could give them a 10 out of 10 I would.

Great experience! - Amazing Cenotes experience I went on the tour with the Maya Adrenaline’s tour operator, and it was just spectacular! I never ever had this unbelievable experience swimming in the cenotes and in the underground caves. My tour guide Pedro took me on the tour in the caves and talked about the Mayan history and local nature. We swim from one cave to the other, among the hundreds of stalactites and stop at one cave to exfoliate the skin with the mineral powder from the stalactites. Pedro was extremely professional and new those caves very well, so I felt comfortable and enjoyed my tour a lot. I really recommend having this experience to all who value some sense of adventure!

Very poor - The guide in the Tulum ruins was terrible. He said the ruins were from 1.500 before Christ!!!…my gosh, he knew nothing of the history of the place and kept making things up. He also did not walk and once he made his poor and false explanations he left us there at “our leisure”. The vans and everything (ATV, helmets, equipment) was so old, dusty, dirty, smelly, that every time we had to go into an activity we had to breathe deeply. The person that took us through the day, Samuel, was ok, but he kept making inappropriate jokes and said a lot of bad words which we did not enjoy as we had two minors in our party. The food was also very poor. The Mayan ritual was also terribly executed. The Cenote and the first zip line are spectacular, but the rest of the experience is poor. I don’t recommend anyone to take this experience. They are just interested in the dollars and will not make your day a happy one

Terrible experience! we... - Terrible experience! we booked this tour for 5 people waited outside for transportation for over a hour and no one came like they said they would

Never happened - We really wanted to do this tour, but it didn’t happen. The tour operator sent us a message via Viator and told us to be ready outside our hotel at 12:20 but nobody ever came. We tried calling and texting via the Viator app but nobody responded. Since we paid in full we’d like a full refund but both Viator and the tour operator seem to be dragging their feet about that. Hopefully they will understand we did everything correct on our end and they are the ones who made a mistake. It was just a mistake and nothing intentional on their behalf but we’d still like our money back
