excellent food tour, not to be missed - excellent choice of restaurants and variety of dishes to try. the portions are very generous so definitely arrive hungry. we had some lovely ethiopian beer at every stop. our guide Mulugeta was very knowledgeable and a very interesting and engaging person.

Hiring Go Further was the best decision we made for our trip! - Hiring Go Further was the best decision we made for our trip to Ethiopia! From the moment we landed they were ready and prepared to show us a great time! We had returned as two families with our children who were from Ethiopia and had a lot of moving parts with this trip. They were ready at the airport with a great van, water, sim cards, and even were ready to change our US dollars! They thought of everything. Not to mention that the personality of the tour guides was professional, kind, and hard-working, and you could tell that their number one priority was to make sure we had a great time. They catered to our days to meet our needs and desires. We visited many places around Addis and did their fun walking food tour. They planned everything for us and took a lot of stress out of the planning. Addis is not a place I would dare drive myself and having someone who knows the area and the history and was able to share with was perfect. If you are staying for a week like us or just have a layover you will not go wrong hiring them! I sure am glad we did!

TOP - We visited the southern villages in Ethiopia (as well as the food tour). The tour was well organized, our tour guide Dessu was simply the best (kind, patient, knowledgeable, passionate, doing the best for us to have a great memory) and our driver, Joseph was excellent and knew his job very well. We couldn’t ask for better!

Great Addis overview and food - I went on the combined Addis overview tour and evening food tour. It makes for a long but very rewarding day. The food tour in particular should not be missed and featured a vegetarian Ethiopian meal, a fish restaurant, a beef restaurant and coffee service. The morning overview tour featured the National Museum, market, park overlooking the city and traditional lunch. My guide Mulugeta was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to spend the day with

Highlight of my trip! - I had an amazing time on the food tour with Mulugeta. Arrive hungry, because the food just keeps coming. From injera with amazing vegetarian food, to incredible fish dishes, to meat, to coffee. I learned loads, ate loads, had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the tour. I asked lots of questions, and learned a lot I would never have done alone. Sitting in a beautiful eatery eating lovely food, it felt almost like an evening with friends. I think this constitutes great value for money, and is a wonderful insight into Addis. I would like to think Mulugeta for making this so special, and also the driver. Great taste of Addis! - Delicious tour by Mulugeta! It was just a perfect amount of food with a veggie. Fish, meat and coffee stop. We all thought the first stop was the most traditional and delicious and kind of wished we had more local food like that, instead of the fish, but everything was very tasty and a great sense of Ethiopian cuisine!

Great experience. - Had a great time. Tried some foods we otherwise would never have found, in parts of the city that only locals would find. Never felt unsafe.

Better as it goes on - Food was good on average. First place (injera/lentils/peas) food was cold. Second place (fried fish) was good but basic. Third place (beef tibs) was delicious! Fourth place (coffee) was the best of the 4!
