SAMPLE MENU (Customizable upon request) - Shiro - A smooth stew primarily composed of powdered chickpeas or fava bean flour, commonly enriched with minced onions, garlic, and regional variations like ground ginger, diced tomatoes, and chili-peppers. Shiro is typically served over injera.
- Agelgil - A medley of Ethiopian dishes presented on a traditional serving tray known as Agelgil, with vegan options available.
- Shekla tibs - Succulent cooked meat presented in a distinctive serving pot.
