A Trusted Tour Agency - A very responsive and trustworthy tour agency. We had a last minute booking to Abu Simbel through this agency. They were very helpful and responsive providing good price. Due to unforeseen circumstances and re-scheduling of our cruise departure time, we were forced to cancel the day tour in less than 24 hours. Luckily, we met a kind person whom assisted with cancelling and full refund. Highly recommended.

Last minute booking through Viator - We did a last minute booking through Viator to Abu Simbel from Aswar for 26th Dec 2019. This company was selected as the price is cheaper than the optional tour that was offered by our booked tour agency X Tour Operator Mr Mahmoud was very responsive. He contacted me almost immediately once the Viator booking was confirmed. Due to time constrain (as we were checked in 3 nights Nile river cruise) he offered private transfer for 6 of us at a very nominal fee, which we gladly accepted. In between our exchanges of information, we realised that the cruise ship is departing at 03:00 (instead of 14:00) from Aswan to Komombo. Our tour guide Mr X was not aware of the change as he was offering the optional private tour to Abu Simbel (which we declined - as it was more expensive). As this tour was booked out of the 24 hours free cancellation window, we were unable to cancel it without occurring 100% of the cost. Mr Mahmoud was very understanding towards this situation. He kindly assisted us with cancellation from his side, which he didn’t have to. We are very appreciative towards his kind gesture. He took care of us even though we did not use his company’s services. One of many tips that was given by Mr X “Nothing is free in Egypt” : P I must say, we were very lucky to encounter Mr Mahmoud. It is a shame that we were unable to visit Abu Simbel. However, judging by the interaction that we had with Mr Mahmoud, I am confident that this company would provide travellers with 5 stars services.
