Awesome family holiday - We went for my husbands birthday. This place is a unique experience for families whom want a private getaway with a pool and slides for kids. The room are ornate and food very nice, best of all are the butlers, pool staff and manager Younas he was very hospitable and even took us to our rooms! We ate at the buffet restaurant which was brilliant too much fish, the Indian marthaban was lovely and tasty but portions very small and the Lebanese was the best! The kids club, camel ride and kayaking was great fun! The camel man was very welcoming and his kava was refreshing! 5 star experience over all!

Worst business Class experience with Emirates Airline - I flew from Dubai to Boston on the 22 nd March 2023 . My seat was booked for Economy class but when I boarded the aircraft it was full and I thought why not get upgraded to business. I asked the Air hostess if an upgrade was possible she initially said no but then came back to me and said there is a possibility. I paid $3000 for an upgrade and thought I will be comfortable and have the best experience possible. I was given a middle seat in the business class which was so tight and so uncomfortable and the seat which had issues with the recline and when I complained about it I was told that I will be moved to another seat which never happened and I also asked them please refund me and I will move back to my original seat in the economy and they replied back to saying that it was not possible. Anyways long story short it was one of the worst experiences I have had where the seat was uncomfortable and the food that was given to me was different than what they were serving to other passengers in the business class as I will not be able to get the same food cause it was a last minute upgrade. Why I am saying all this is cause I want to let people know before they decide to travel business class with Emirates Airline especially in the Boeing 777 ER. Please do not spend your hard earned money with this airline.
