Abu Dhabi in a Day. 5 stars - Such a beautiful city. During our tour we visited a local date merchant, the marina, the ceremonial palace, the heritage village, had an authentic lunch experience, visited the Grand Mosque and ended with Louvre. We wish we had another day, but sadly our ship only gave one. We feel like we got a chance to really explore and see the wonders of Abu Dhabi. The team was easy to work with and Bassem in particular helped us in numerous ways set up the tour. I would book again.

Professional and Family friendly - Bassem did a fantastic job in organizing this in a short period. We went out for a day in Abudhabi during our layover. The tour guide/drivers Faizal was very friendly and helped in making our visit memorable. I will definitely recommend them.

Quality tour company - I booked the full-day tour with Bassem to a number of the tourist attractions in Abu Dhabi. The tour was perfectly organized and my driver guide shah was so polite and patient to me even when I showed up later to the set time. My only comment is the driver should have a sign of guest name to ease picking up

Dubai - Abu Dhabi three days tour - Wonderful, Super Amazing tour all three days, Excellent co-ordination. They have excellent team and fleet of Vehicles & Guides. Date: 14th January'2020 - covered all important sites of Dubai in first half, followed by desert safari in second half. Date : 15th January'2020 - Dhow Cruise Dinner with music during evening 4-hours, fantastic. Date : 16th January'2020 - 08-hours Abu Dhabi tour with lunch at Lal Quila Restaurant followed by Art Galleries. My sincere & respectful thanks to Sri Malik Sir, Pranam. You gave us more than what we expected.

Abu Dhabi Private Tour - We took the RAH private tours full day to Abu Dhabi. Our tour guide Inam from RAH tour company was very nice, polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Explained all the points of interest in Abu Dhabi from the Ferrari auto shop to the Mosque. Great way to spend the day.

Fully customisable tour - We really enjoyed the tour in particular not having to worry about transport and arranging entry tickets. It was also really good that it was fully customisable to ensure we were able to see what we would like to and when we wanted to including start and finish times as well as the itinerary. Thanks for a great tour.

Certainly not what was expected - I guess it was inevitable. After 20 years of either arranging or participating in private group tours, I got hit with one that was far below the expectations based on the website description of content and quality. I recently joined a small group for a full day (8 hour) tour of Abu Dhabi with a clear description online that appeared to include what we were looking for. There were six of us in the group and all agreed that it provided a tour visiting the key sites in Abu Dhabi. Once we arrived at the cruise port that was things started to go downhill. - Pickup was 15 minutes late and when we asked for assistance from the tourist desk at the port they did not recognise the name of the company; although it has been suggested that heavy traffic was to blame, they were the only firm to be late for pick up (they had three groups waiting for them and all were late); - We were loaded into a mini-van at the port and transported to our first stop (date market) where we were transferred to the proper size vehicle with a new driver; this process was repeated in reverse at the end of the day; we wonder if the company or driver were not licensed to operate in the port area; - The driver was not familiar with the itinerary and had to borrow my copy of the website description to plan where he was to go; he spoke very limited English so virtually the full day was spent in silence or two word descriptions of where we were; - We were dropped off at “attractions” and told where to return to; this is to say that there was not guide or narrative throughout the day; a break for lunch was not provided, or suggested, so we ate when and where we wanted; never were we advised that we would have to request a guide at an extra fee if desired; - Some itinerary locales were closed on the day of our tour (OK we can deal with that) but other supposed stops were just drive bys (we think); - A small point, but in a hot climate the advertised bottle of water was not made available until the tour was ending even though we had asked repeatedly where the water bottles were; - As we were transferring vehicles at the end of the tour we were advised that neither of the drivers worked for Abu Dhabi Sightseeing but were only contracted if required. I have noted that the “management” of Abu Dhabi Sightseeing replied to a review, posted by another member of our group, in which they attempted to blame us for not understanding what a tour is. Their position is essentially self serving marketing misinformation. The only item of truth is that we did advise him that he could not expect a positive review from any of us. We never requested a refund but only advised him that the day was not worth the fee. It is interesting that in reviewing the website content that was reviewed when we booked versus the current content that the tour description has been downgraded and the price has been increased. Also, after their blaming answer to the other review, they enquired as to what would it take to have the writer remove the negative review.
