Thx so much for being awesome - Great tour great people had answers to any questions we asked during the tour and were very helpful in directing us thru tour. Once tour was finished and I’d returned to the house I realized my phone was missing. Made a call and Purna and Anna located my phone and promptly delivered it to me.thanks for being all around awesome

Best Sightseeing Tour with the Best Staff - Bus tour is everything you need to see the sights of Abu Dhabi. Staff are so helpful. A big shout out to Raju who went out of his way to reunite me with my phone after I accidentally left it on one of the buses. Thank you so much for your efforts.

Raju and Amjad the best guide and driver - We had the pleasure to travel with the driver Raju and guide Amjad , exceptional people . They had the patience and amiability to tell us interesting info about the culture and about the country. Was an amazing experience to listen them . As well Amjad did his best to solve a problem we had . We are very grateful to meet them . We wish them all the best .

Amazing - We did the Big Bus tour on our first day in Abu Dhabi. Shalee of Big Bus tours was very helpful with suggestions. After we came back from Emirates Palace she asked us if we had the coffee with gold flakes. When we answered in the negative she said that we must go back. We listened to her and went back to have the coffee. The experience was amazing.

Good way to visit Abu dhabi - Good expérience to visit Abu Dhabi, especialy if you don't stay long . Sometime it was not very easy to find the bus stop... All the staff we met was very friendly and very helpfull especialy Raju who help us with the Mosquee tickets. Thank you all..

Big Bus in Abu Dhabi - The proposal of the Big Bus is quite interesting, it passes in many tourist sights and places of interest, for those who want to focus on a panoramic view of the places from inside the bus is a good one. But the point I found negative here is that the stops are only for boarding and disembarking, if the person wants to go down has to wait almost 1 hour to pick up another bus, so it is practically enviable to go down in many points. In my case, I used 2 days in Abu Dhabi, the first day I went to the Sheikh Mosque, had to change the line, pick up the green line, until arriving at the Mosque if you lose a lot of time, I couldn't get back in time to pick up the bus, so we had to wait more than 2 hours to pick up the other one, I practically only managed to visit this mosque that day and take the tour of the city without getting off the bus.

Total failure and fraud! - It was a total mess with us too. They're still mad today. Joined the AIDA, everything still top and easy. And climbed up the boardwalk and wanted to climb back up according to plan. No bus anywhere! We then continued by taxi and didn't see BigBus again for a few hours. A total mystery and an unding. Several stops tried at the mentioned times. No bus. So 78€ for 2 people futsch. Thanks for nothing and NEVER again!
