Best custom tour avoid the large ship - What a wonderful excursion. Advertised as small group into 10. We were the only two on the tour. Marina was phenomenal . She was knowledgeable, engaging and couldn’t have been a better guide. Avoid the cruise ship walking yours with 25/30 people. She let us spend as much time or direct our interests.

A must see - We could have spent all day here. An amazing place with different buildings from centuries back to the modern day. Many of the buildings have wonderful and detailed exhibits from different times in history. There are also people in role and we were entertained finding out about paying rent, being a servant, and the issues facing people in the 1860’s A good restaurant and facilities. Don’t miss out the Aarhus story and additional museums in the modern part of the site. Parking on the road alongside the museum.

A place of culture - We only had a couple of hours to spare so we visited Den Gamle By, the Cathedral, the Arros Art Museum and a small part of the Viking museum. We were a family of 5 with young children and found everything quite interesting. Definitely worth visiting!

Timeless - Timeless, go early then it's less crowded and you can enjoy all the experience without having to wait. Must try the eats as they are fairly authentic. If you manage book online so you don't have to wait if you go later in the day. Enjoy
