The meeting location is in the hotel lobby. The driver will have a name sign for you. For international flights, the pick-up time is scheduled 3.5 to 4 hours in advance, and for domestic flights, it is 2.5 to 3 hours prior. Please provide the pick-up name, flight number, and drop-off address.

• If you cannot locate the driver, it is your responsibility to call the number on your voucher for assistance before making other arrangements.
• If your pick-up or drop-off details change, you must update your booking immediately.
• Unless specified otherwise, one piece of medium-sized luggage is permitted per person. Hand luggage should be small enough to be carried on your lap. If your luggage exceeds the vehicle’s capacity, you will need to arrange and pay for a taxi to transport your luggage.

It’s a one-way personal transportation service from the airport to a downtown hotel, offering the utmost convenience and safety, particularly in the early hours of the morning or late at night. All fees are included in the price, so there are no additional charges. The chauffeur will greet you in the hotel lobby, holding a sign with your name. Required details include your name, flight number, and the address for pick-up.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
