Christmas Day in the sun - Fab, fab, fab Christmas Day! Staff absolutely fantastic, snorkelling amazing, boat beautiful, hula hula island wonderful!!

Great time! - Really good trip. Thank you for everyone who was on the boat, all really helpful. My daughters also did parasailing and they enjoyed it.

Fun day in the sea - Everything was amazing. 10/10 would recommend. Friendly staff. Loads of fish + a dolphin. And the food wasn’t half bad.

visit Giftun islands - It's a nice trip by boat to one of these Giftun Islands. The meal on the boat was not very attractive as we expected. The Hula Hula Island was like a piece from heaven. The water temperature was between cold and moderate. We didn't swim much but enjoyed our beers under the reed umbrellas. No shower available on the island, just changing cabins and toilets.

A beautiful day with flaws - So starting over, the transfer was great the car air conditioned the communication was easy, the food was great and the boat very clean and well maintained. Rimon took good care of us. Snorkeling was great even for the kids. What wasn't so great, at half past three at night we got a message that the transfer was about 2 hours later. Due to the entire delay unfortunately the booked parasailing, the Bannaboot and Sofaboot failed. Also unfortunately we did not see the aqua games (slide, trampoline etc) on the pictures. The kids were looking forward to it. Apart from that, it was a nice day on and by the water.

Nice trip - The boat trip was really nice but I didn’t really like how you enter and exit the boat (just a plank of wood). The staff are very nice and friendly. Paradise Island is okay, I think Orange Bay is better (more stuff). The swimming was nice on Paradise because you don’t have to walk far in order to swim unlike Orange Bay. The food was good. Overall, nice trip.

Average could of been better - We were late been picked up. Then when we got to the marina had to walk from the drop off point down a dusty track for about 5 mins. The mini bus could of taken us down here. We were the only English on the trip so felt a bit isolated. The snorkeling was good. When we got to paradise island we was just left for an hour and half no real guidance where anything was in regards to the toilets etc. blus it's was the hono Lulu beach part not paradise island. We picked others back from orange bay but didn't get to do the banana boat no body explained why.

DO NOT BOOK THIS , DISRESPECTFUL TEAM, THE TEAM CALLED MAFFIA BUT THEY ARE ALL SO RUDE , SO CALLED MUSTAFA AND MOHAMED - DO NOT GO!!!! This trip was rather poor. The boat called Sea lover and the team calls themselves " Maffia " There was many disappointments here. The team was rather rude and made comments that we did not like at all. Also there was a girl who thought she is something but she was nothing, showing off her breast and her bum and wanted everyone to look at her. Well let's be honest obviously worked with the man's and all off the Egyptians guides were man so they were loving it, I think they were called Mustafa and Mohamed. Seriously disappointed as we had some pictures taken and they tried to charge us £50 for 5 videos and about 25 pictures while the girl who had about 200 pictures taken she paid £15 for all her pictures , also been to another boat trip last year and we paid £20 for all of our videos and pictures and let me tell you we have had about 150 pictures took of us. So we did say we will not be ripped off like this and the photographer guy was so rude and he just kept saying he will not accept less than £50 which is just stupid as he will delete all the pictures the end of the day , however he said NO! So we said NO too! He's attitude changed straight away and The guy was really disrespectful and I went back on the top of the boat and spoke to either Mustafa or Mohamed ( not the one who calls himself Thomas the other guy with the teeth braces ) he kept stretching out he's arm and doing pull ups in front of the girl who thought she is so special , so while he was doing that next to the girl who didn't leave much to the imagination he just kept looking at the girl while I try to speak to him and he clearly had no interest of acknowledging the fact that we are getting ripped off by the photo guy , they were just so so rude, once we got to the end of the trip I have heard this guy talking to this girl setting up a date or a meeting. The food on the beach was raw when we told them they said it's meant to be like this , we didn't eat all day! We also went snorkelling, we put all the gear on and when we mom jumped in they all started to laugh and clap saying " Tsunami in the water " and then the guy went " now we can see the big whale swimming away" as my mom being a plus size lady, they been nasty about her size this was the guy so called Thomas , I was so angry it's just ruined the whole remaining day for me. Thanks god me mom never heard it and therefore I didn't want to make a big issue there an then as I thought I will ruin my moms day too but me and me partner clearly heard these comment and we were so angry. This is un acceptable!!! The water sport was nothing the banana boat was slow and was hardly pulled , my 83 year old nan could sat on it, it was pointless to sat on it! On the trip back from the boat to the land with the speed boat they belittled us and told us me and my partner and my parents should not sit next to each other on one side as we are way too heavy and they told us to move from each other !!!! The day was sad and sour , we did not enjoy it at all, as I have been on a boat trip like this before I had something to compare it to and this trip was not even 0 while last years was 10 out of 10 with different people different boat. This might be cheap and looks good for teh price but last year paid £20+ per head and it was amazing! This was not worth a penny ! I am asking for a refund as this was a pi** take!!!!

Poor conversion when snorkeling - The tour was quite okay in itself. The beach Hula Hula Island is fantastically beautiful. The food was also very good. Unfortunately, there was only the possibility to go with the Banana boat and not with the sofa boat as it is actually in the description. Snorkeling came to Hula Hula Island. Unfortunately, this was a complete disaster. The spot where we were snorkeling was not really suitable for it. The corals are so extremely high that you could hurt yourself very quickly.  Right at the beginning I hit my foot on a coralle. One of the staff noticed this and instead of helping me, he had made it worse. He took my diving goggles off my head jerky and said they were bad (exactly the same as those offered on the ship). In addition, he gave me the life tyre but when I said I can no longer due to the pain, we did not turn around towards the ship, but are always further out to sea. The best part was that he had pulled me over the water and right below me were corals so that I got caught with my stomach on a corall.. that hurt a lot, even there he had not reacted. He swam away and I made the "help sign" (which we were shown before snorkeling). It took quite a long time for one of the staff to come. After several minutes I was back on another life tyre and it finally took me to the ship. Once on the ship they took care of my injury, but one came who had buttered me down : why I go out to sea when I can't swim or snorkel or be afraid. Which is not the case as I was snorkeling a day earlier and that was fantastic. I am unfortunately very disappointed and would not recommend this tour due to the spot for snorkeling!
