We provide a fixed-price, meet-and-greet service from Porto Airport to any destination and from Lisbon Airport to Porto, assisting you with your luggage. The driver will use the latest technology to monitor your flight for delays, ensuring they are at the meeting point on time without any extra waiting time costs. It is recommended to provide your flight number so your driver can ensure they pick you up at the correct location and adjust to any changes in your flight schedule. We also offer chauffeur-driven vehicle hire by the hour and private sightseeing tours.

• Delay between 1 to 2 hours: Subject to availability, we will do everything possible to reschedule it
• Delay exceeds 3 hours: This case you must claim the cost of your transfer from your flight company.
• Waiting time can be extended in 5 minutes blocks for 5.00 € each plus tax.
• Extending of Kilometres: Ride and Ride XL: 1,50 €/Km plus taxes Business XL: 2,00 €/Km plus taxes.
• Stop-overs: For stop-offs, additional kilometre charges and additional waiting times may apply.
• Children’s car seats available - 5 Euros each, please send us your request by chat after booking.
• Towbar bike racks - 20 € – Platform towbar bike rack black/alum that allows to transport 3-bikes.
• Roof Rack system - 15 € – Allow to transport Surfboard, Canoe, Ski boxes and Sky racks.
• Tips - Gratuities are not included and is left to individual discretion.

• Collapsible wheelchairs can be accommodated in the vehicle trunk and drivers are available if needed to assist you with boarding and exiting the vehicle.
• Let us know if you need a safety car seat for children under 8 years or 144 cm in height.
• If you have special needs, please let us know when making your booking.
• Please do not smoke or eat or drink anything other than water inside the vehicles. Damage or soiling of upholstery (which includes stains) will incur an extra charge for repair or cleaning.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
