Reliable and professional transportation - I spent 4 days in Rome with my wife and my 2 kids 2 weeks ago. Our concierge in hotel booked for us a transfer from Fiumicino airport to the hotel and back and half day in south Rome. The driver was really professional and polite; the minivan was cleaned and they provided on-board wifi and complimentary water. Thank you. Horrible experience - Company never showed up and my clients missed their train and tour in next city. This company had been emailed and confirmed with multiple times and still failed to show up.
