We loved it! The person... - We loved it! The person who helped was super friendly and helpful. We rented a 2 person glass bottom kayak and found it pretty easy to get it from the shop to the water. Didn’t see many fish but as we were about to paddle south, we were suddenly surrounded by dolphins. They put on an amazing show! We felt it was such a gift to see them.

Fun Time! - This was such a great time! It was a 10 min walk with Kayak to launch point of my choosing. It was safe and calm; I didn't feel rushed or nervous. Life jackets were provided with friendly instruction on Kayak use for a novice like me. I could see the reef below with the yellow tangs grazing by the coral. The staff were friendly and helpful. They were also honest telling me the day before conditions were not great. But I came back and I am soooo glad I did. Thank you Saltwater Soul for a wonderful time!!!

Clear Bottom Kayaking! - Check in and check out was a breeze. Very friendly business and owner was super helpful. It is a bit of a walk to the boat launch but worth it. Clear bottom kayaking is the way to go!

Great kayaking! - We rented two 2-man kayaks and went out with our kids (7 & 11). It took less than 10 mins to wheel the kayaks to the launch point at the beach. We rolled them down the sidewalk on the ocean side with no problem. We easily made our way south past the pier and explored the bay. We really enjoyed relaxing while looking for fish. We’ve gone kayaking in various locations. This one was just perfect. We didn’t have to kayak far to see sea life, the water was calm, and other than the glass bottom boat passing by every once in a while, there were no motorboats. There’s also no jet skis! We had fun and would do it again!

Family afternoon kayak trip - Had a great time, we kayaked for 2 hrs which was the perfect amount of time. The people that helped us were very helpful and gave us great tips.

Work - Seeing how beautiful the water is. We had to carry the kayak to the water and they are a bit heavy. We saw nothing below the bottom was very scratched. I would kayak again but maybe choose a closer location where we would not have to carry it.

Disappointing experience, aloof staff. - We are adventurous and active travelers. This experience was a disappointment, to say the least. The kayak sat too low in the water, so each wave we hit (not even white caps) came into the boat. The backseat paddler was constantly bilging water out. When we approached closer to shore, the kayak was completely full of water, like a bathtub. The “glass bottom” felt like a gimmick. Even when it was dry, you could not see through the “glass” because of the glare of the sun. We booked a full day and returned it within one hour, and we were not asked how it went, or what went wrong… the associate only asked for us to recommend them to others. I would not recommend this experience to anyone.
