Fantastic market-to-table experience - We always look forward to a culinary class experience with locals when we travel around the globe. Today’s market-to-table lunch at Pencil and Fork was an amazing experience. We shared the kitchen/dining experience with a couple from Long Island and our hosts, David and Ana. Our day was filled with delicious food, wonderful wine and great conversations. Mary Jo baked this delicious almond cake for our dessert! Highly recommend!!! - We recently attended the Market and Cooking Class with David and Ana at Pencil and Fork, and it was a fantastic experience! The day began with a visit to the local market, where we had the opportunity to see and select fresh ingredients. David and Ana were excellent guides, providing insights into the best produce and sharing their passion for food. After gathering our ingredients, we headed to the cooking class where we prepared a delicious meal that included paella, a wonderful appetizer, a fresh tomato salad, and almond cake for dessert. David and Ana's instructions were clear and engaging, making the cooking process enjoyable and educational. The hands-on experience, combined with the friendly and knowledgeable guidance from David and Ana, made this class truly special. Memorable Delicious Day - David and Anna were so friendly and welcoming. As we gathered together, everyone shared info about themselves. We loved the market shopping with David. He provided details about the culture as well as information about foods found at the market. While enjoying beer and wine, we created several tapas, a main dish and a desert. It was a great experience that we would not hesitate to recommend to others. Salud!
