Join us at a quintessential Champagne House located amidst the vineyards of Mareuil-sur-Ay (Le Clos Corbier) at 4:00pm. Your journey begins with a tour of the cellars carved in the 1850s where you can see a traditional press and unravel the mystique behind Champagne production. Subsequently, participate in a Champagne tasting exercise that includes a fun quiz and a sensory workshop to identify the unique aromas and flavors of Champagne. The thrill heightens with a blind tasting competition to discern three different family Champagnes, one of which is a Grand Cru Vintage. Local delicacies and finger food, tailored to fit specific diets or allergies, will be served with the Champagnes! The experience concludes around 5:30pm.
- Kids under 18 won’t be able to participate in the Champagne tasting.

A must - I had a really enjoyable and fascinating afternoon in the Champagne region. The tour group was small, which made it feel exclusive and personalized. Our guide, Suzanne, was incredibly knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. Next time, I plan to spend the entire day with A la Française.

Beautiful and great value. - Great tour and beautiful place. The staff were lovely and fantastic value for money. We booked the lunch prior to the tour and I would highly recommend. Very tasty and great way to start the tour.

First rate half day tour. - This was a well spent afternoon with Martin. He is from this area and has been around the industry for much of his young life. We learned so much about the region and the quality commitment from the producers. He took us to two boutique champagne producers and drove us through the heart of this beautiful area. We visited the final resting spot of Dom Perignon plus taught us what he means to the history of champagne. It was a great tour.

more to Champagne than large houses - Excellent afternoon with Martin and new friends! We enjoyed visiting two family houses and tried three tastings at each stop. Great to see behind the scenes and so lucky to be here for one of the last days of 2022 harvest. Informative and entertaining. A stop in Hautvillers and scenic vistas appreciated. Thanks Martin for a great afternoon.
