We had a truly memorable experience that exceeded all of our expectations: they are the best! - I, my wife and our two kids went on an 8-days safari with Africa Joy tours to Tarangire, Serengeti (North and Center), Ngorongoro Crater and Lake Manyara, followed by 5-days extension to Zanzibar. When planning our trip, Clinton was always extremely kind and helpful. We made some personal suggestions to the initial plan, which were readily implemented, in a timely and efficient manner. Our private tour guide Raymond picked us up at the airport in Kilimanjaro and dropped us off there in the end. He was a great company throughout the Safari, always very friendly, funny, supportive and knowledgeable: we were so lucky!Raymond knew everything about the parks and wildlife and was amazing at spotting animals. He was even patient enough to teach us some Swahili words. It was a fantastic trip and a truly once-in-a-lifetime experience, we saw a lot of animals, including the Big Five (in less than 24 hours!) and the wildebeest migration. Even with the Covid19 pandemics, everything went smoothly. The lodges were fantastic, with excellent accommodation and food, and Covid19-related health security measures were in place: we always felt secure. We had a truly memorable experience that exceeded all of our expectations, and highly recommend Africa Joy tours: they are the best!
