DAY 1: AIRPORT PICK UP- CITY TOUR
Cusco -
- A Chullos Travel Peru representative will meet you at the airport and arrange your hotel transfer.
- Enjoy a free morning to relax and acclimate to the altitude.
- At 2:00 PM, we will collect you from your hotel for a city tour. The first stop is Koricancha (Temple of the Sun), where you’ll have a 45-minute guided tour before proceeding to our transportation.
- After a 30-minute drive, we’ll arrive at Sacsayhuaman (from Quechua saqsay, meaning ‘place to be satiated’, and waman, meaning ‘falcon’, thus ‘Place where the hawk is satiated’), where a 1-hour guided tour awaits.
- Next, we’ll explore Qenqo, a mystical site within a rock formation, known for its ritual significance.
- A 15-minute drive takes us to PucaPucara (the ‘red fort’), a site of military significance.
- The final visit of the day is to Tambomachay, also known as the ‘Bath of the Inca’, a site revered for its water rituals. We’ll return to Cusco around 7:00 PM.

Magical experience - Everything was incredible, a wonderful experience that no one should miss. The landscapes are beautiful, the people are very warm and friendly, everything is beautiful.

Very good - After reading several opinions and offers of Tours for Machupicchu, the best one that seemed to me was Inka Trail and I really was not wrong. From the first moment I contacted them, the answers and the information were very good, they gave a lot of confidence. When we arrived in Cuzco it was finally possible to corroborate the excellent service they present. Thanks to the young man Daniel was pending and his explanations were very good. 100% recommended.
