Simply amazing… the gorilla and chimpanzee trekking were just the most amazing experiences ever! - James my guide and driver was excellent and also superb on his birding knowledge which added much to my test trip. The people in Uganda are some of the kindest I have met in the world.

Awesome - It was our first “real” Africa experience. That is why we opted for a tour with a guide. And that was such a great experience. You will be picked up. Drove everywhere. So you can enjoy yourself optimally. You feel safe and completely unburdened. The accommodations were beautiful. Everything is perfectly arranged. The food is delicious! And then the country itself, the culture, the people and all the animals🤩 This is my most beautiful trip ever. And I have already seen a lot of the world. This 10 day tour has everything. It was very special to see the chimpanzees and gorillas in the wild. We had a very nice guide who was a good driver and also told us a lot about his country. And also about all the animals we saw. Also thanks to him. He knew where to look and could also communicate with other guides on the savannah. To be able to spot even more. And we also thought the price for this trip was very important. We got a lot for our money. All meals and water included, all accommodations, the entrances to the parks, the Permits for the chimpanzee trekking and the gorilla trekking. Eddy our driver, guide and very nice, sweet young man. The car, the diesel costs. Everything all inclusive. The contact we had with Cedrick was also very pleasant. it seemed like he was available 24/7. where we could go for all questions about the trip and to book. I can recommend it to everyone!

Trip of a lifetime!!! - What an unforgettable trip! I couldn't have wished for a better guide than Wellen! I highly recommend asking for him as a guide when you visit Uganda. I was a little nervous before arriving in Uganda because I was travelling solo and I had some delayed communication from Sedrick initially, but that was resolved then once I landed and it was confirmed that my guide was at the airport waiting for me. From the very start of the trip to the very end, Wellen was extremely caring, he had tremendous amount of knowledge about Uganda and the animals. He knew the area so well and where all the best areas were. Anything that I wished to see or do, he was able to make those happen. I had said one of the days that I wanted to have more local food and learn how the local food was made, and he arranged that and it so much fun. Visiting all the parks were incredible. We started our game drives early morning, and within the morning on day 1, I had already seen the Big 5 ! Wellen always knew where to look for the animals, facts about them and safety. All of the lodging provided during the trip was great! especially Buffalo Lodge and Arcadia. Wifi was available at all the lodges, but I recommend getting a data sim( Airtel) as some lodges had wifi only in their lobby's. I had also asked for accommodation to be arranged both one day before the start of my trip and one day after. Cassia Lodge in Kampala was excellent, but the last day I was in 7seasons near the airport which was terrible so I recommend choosing another hotel if that one is offered. Sedrick was very understanding when I had told him this, and was quick to respond which was great. Otherwise, every lodge was very clean, had great bathrooms, beds and great food and service from the staff! The Gorilla trekking and Chimp trekking was AMAZING and a memory I will forever cherish. If you are solo, then do not worry, because during those trek's you are placed in groups with other tourists and rangers come with you and adjust to everyone's various fitness abilities during the trek. They make sure that everyone gets a decent amount of time with the animals to observe them, take photos and just take in the amazing moment. Also do not forget face masks as that is required during both of those treks for the health safety of the animals. During the Gorilla trek, they also provided me a walking stick and gloves to borrow ( the trek is steep at times and loads of thorn bushes once you are in the jungle). I have visited many countries before for wildlife and hiking, and I have to say that Uganda has been my favourite. The country is filled with endless natural beauty, and is luscious in wildlife everywhere, but mainly what stood out to the me the most were the people. The people in Uganda are the most welcoming, kind and friendly people I have ever met! I will be posting a much more detailed experience of this amazing trip on my blog nomadicnewton.com in a few weeks time, so if you would like more details on how everything went from the point of view a solo traveller then feel free to check that out very soon. Thank you Ngoni for the epic trip, and I will 100% be back soon! Thank you Wellen and Sedrick! This trip was filled with only endless happy memories that I will forever cherish.

The trip of a lifetime - We recently completed a 9-day Uganda Safari. The tour from beginning to end was wonderful. . Elly, our tour guide was so knowledgeable and helpful and went out of his way to make our tour memorable. Sedrick made sure we had the best accommodation and even upgraded our last accommodation so that we can relax at the end of a tiring trek. The safari was beyond any expectation I had. I would highly recommend Ngoni Safaris.

Unforgetable journey - The tour was an amazing and well organized. We did the tour as AfricanFive.com - the Polish tour operator to check an opportunities given by Uganda. Ngoni safari planned the tour well, we have seen even more than expected. Some small amendmends made on the road by our guide - David were incredible valuable. The Ngoni team included Sedrick and David did the best possible job to make our tour unforgetable. We are strongly recommending Ngoni Safari!

Gorillas, Chimps, the big 5 and so much more! - We came to Uganda for our honeymoon and did an 8 day trip to Kampala, Murchison, Queen Elizabeth NP, Kibale, Bwindi and Lake Bunyonyi. Rahim’s family is from Tanzania, and I was a Peace Corps volunteer in Tanzania, so we were very excited to come to Uganda - and learn some of the languages (Luganda, Tooro, Runyankore - all with help from Stanley!!). Before coming to Uganda, we started off by having great communication with Sedrick! He was able to answer all questions we had, and made us feel at ease knowing that we did not have to do much planning besides picking out the tour that works best for us. He came with his associate, Jolly (who is absolutely lovely!), to the airport at 3AM to pick us up and offered a full tour day for us in Kampala our first day (we were exhausted since we came from another jam-packed day before landing here so opted to relax instead). Sedrick was so willing to help us with anything we might need, it was amazing to meet him. He even went above and beyond when one of our flights was canceled the day before we were supposed to leave to help us rebook. After our day in Kampala, we were ready at 0700 the next morning to meet our driver/tour guide extraordinaire - Stanley. We cannot say enough great things about Stanley. He is the absolute BEST and we are grateful we were fortunate to luck into having him as our driver/tour guide. He is incredibly knowledgeable, is an amazing driver, is kind, courteous, willing to have fun with us and joke around, and all around an awesome human we are glad to call our friend now. He made sure we had the sweetest pineapples, the best bananas, and always made us feel cared for. Our drives were absolutely beautiful! Somehow, the lodges knew it was our honeymoon (I'm thinking Sedrick may have something to do with that!) and every place we stayed had a special surprise for us, which was so nice. We were very fortunate to see lions, hyenas, so so many hippos, crocs, warthogs, cobs, waterbucks, Jacksons, giraffes, elephants, zebras, chimpanzees, baboons, gorillas, rhinos, and the ever elusive leopard. We did have one game drive where all we saw were some cobs/warthogs (we kept joking the animals went on vacation to the Congo that day!) - it STILL was such a fun time being in the open jeep and soaking in the landscape. The tour guides at every place we stopped at were amazing! Stanley had told us a lot too, so it was good information reinforcement (and he made us look a bit smarter!). The community walk in Kibale is so wonderful - we met a lot of great people there (learned to make baskets, coffee, banana juice/beer/gin, and talked with the village witch doctor). The chimpanzee walk was unforgettable, as was the gorilla trek. We ended up on a medium difficulty trek, mainly because we ran into 2 jungle elephants and had to divert our path. One of our favorite times was when Stanley taught us some card games back at the lodge after dinner whilst it rained - similar to Uno! We had so many awesome adventures, and our trip was doubly amazing because we had such a great driver and new friend in Stanley. He made sure we could see everything we wanted to when places became a bit crowded (eg lions, leopards sightings) and adapted quickly to our sense of humor and adventure. If you're comparing different companies and hemming and hawing about price/experiences/etc. - look no further. Ngoni Safaris is absolutely the way to go!

Awesome trip through Uganda with Ngoni Safaris - I am a solo traveler and had an incredible experience with Ngoni Safaris in Uganda. It was a memorable trip that I will never forget. I originally asked for the 8 day Murchison Falls/Chimp/Gorilla safari but then asked Sedrick for a modification because I wanted an extra day on Lake Bonyoni and he said no problem and set that up for me. From the beginning when I first met Sedrick and my guide Jamal in Entebbe, they made it clear to me that this was my vacation and they were going to do whatever they could to make sure I had the best time. I saw so much wonderful wildlife and scenery and took over 2K pictures. The vehicle was great and popped up so when on game drives you could really see the animals. Jamal had a great eye and with his experience seemed to know exactly where to go to spot the animals. I saw leopards, lions, elephants, giraffes, hippos, etc.., stopped at the Ziwa sanctuary and saw rhinos, and of course the chimpanzees and gorillas. An unexpected pleasure of the trip was how awesome the accommodations were that Ngoni arranged. Every single place I stayed was beautiful and comfortable and had hot showers. I looked at many tour company reviews for Uganda before leaving but I hit the jackpot with Ngoni. Couldn't be happier with my decision. Highly recommend both Ngoni Safaris and Jamal as your guide. As a single traveler, Jamal made me feel safe the entire trip, helped me take pictures, and you could tell it was very important to him that I had an enjoyable time.

Loved our guide. - It was amazing visiting Uganda. This company made it happen. The people of Uganda are soft spoken, kind and very family oriented. I saw so many wild animals including silver back gorillas, chimpanzees, lions, and many more. One of the best -facets of this company was our guide David. He did his best to make everything happen for our group. Ask for him as your guide, you won’t regret it! As a note: The trip could have been longer, thus, making it more leisurely and bit less stressful getting from place to place.
