Incredible , exceeded my expectations - Jackson was nothing short of incredible ! I told him what I wanted and he made a self made itinerary for me which was better than I could have imagined ! He is 100% fluent in English and cares so much about your experience over a few extra bucks ! I came to Uganda to see the gorillas , chimpanzees , game drives and other wildlife and an unusual request to look for snakes which I love ! He went out of his way and put me in touch with guides who specialised in snakes and everyday I could go out as long or as short as I wanted ! He would ask me were the snake guides competent enough which showed me he really cared and was always looking to improve! The itinerary was flexible if I changed my mind or wanted to see something else! The different wildlife I seen was really insane! I definitely wouldn’t have had such an amazing experience if it wasn’t for Jackson and I will definitely be visiting him again for a trip !
