Unique experience!!! - Experience nothing short of fantastic. They follow you in every move and you always have a guide and a driver available. My itinerary was taken care of by the fantastic Frog who managed to please me in every aspect. Always available, he responds at any time with extreme kindness, making himself available for every request. Itinerary made to measure according to my needs. I really don't have words to thank you. In many years I travel I have never found such a person. I will definitely recommend it to all my acquaintances. Special thanks also to the three guides who followed us in the various itineraries, Sayed, Ahmed and especially Mohamed who followed us for four days throughout the Nile cruise, showing us the most hidden secrets. It was truly a unique experience.

Expertise, reliability and presence. Definitely recommended. - We relied on the agency both for overnight stays (cruise + hotel) and for different visits and trips, for a total of 7 days. All our wishes and needs have been listened to and met, providing us with different solutions to choose from. We are delighted with the quality of the service they offered us in all phases of the trip, from preparation months before, until the return. We had continuous support and contact with the daily agency, to verify that the times were respected and the program followed, given the many things to see and the many logistical jams. Fatima above all has been a point of reference for us and we thank her for helping us create travel memories that will last forever.

Amazing experience, discover Egypt - We had a wonderful experience with the tour Sun Pyramids made for us. Booking through Evaneos made the trip highly customizable before leaving. All parts were entertaining without a dull moment and full of interesting details. Both the guides for the Cairo part and for the Nile/Luxor part were competent, spoke fluently Italian and were nice to be with. A great experience. Recommended.

Good planning and organisation, personalised service - Pyramid tours provide tailored itineraries for Egypt, with different options to needs, etc. I would recommend it. The itineraries do not vary much from other tour companies in Egypt. Rana Yasser from Pyramid tours was super helpful throughout the planning, booking and was very responsive during our tour in Egypt. She always provided confirmations, solutions and options when we were in Egypt. I would suggest exploring packages provided by Pyramid tours. Also, in terms of different tours offered in different languages, I think the tours in English are better than the ones in Spanish (but the routes are the same). If you really do not want to bother doing your own planning for the trip, it is a one stop solution for a tour and the planning hitting all the must see sites. We did a 9 day tour with a 4 day cruise from Answar to Luxor. We enjoyed the Cairo tour around the Giza Pyramids, and also enjoyed the Sound and Light show around one of the hotels in the Pyramids which included dinner and a great view.

Discovering Ancient Egypt on New Year's Eve - Our recent trip to Egypt organized by Sun Pyramids Tours was an unforgettable experience, allowing us to discover the ancient land of the Pharaohs in all its magnificence. The trip was planned down to the last detail. Our tour begins with a visit to the white desert and the black desert where we spent a night in a fairly cold tent but, the experience itself cute. I recommend avoiding in winter because of poor camping equipment. Each stage was well designed to avoid the hottest hours and make the most of the time. They provided us with water and snacks while traveling. The guides were extremely knowledgeable and passionate, able to tell the story of ancient Egypt in an engaging way. We thank the guides who accompanied us to discover Lower Egypt, Nimeri and Cairo, Sayed. Transport was comfortable and punctual: a minivan for getting around town and the Nile cruise for the central part of the trip. The ship was well maintained, with clean and comfortable cabins, and the food on board was excellent quality, with traditional and international dishes. The hotel with pyramids view cute but, little organized with basic services. The trip was impeccable. Rana was professional and reliable, with a customer focus that made the experience almost unique. We highly recommend it to anyone who wants to discover Egypt in total safety, without worrying about the organization.

Travel in Egypt - Our trip through Egypt has been excellent. All the guides who have accompanied us along the journey (Mohamed Hussein and Mohamed Moustafa in Cairo; Ahmed during the days of the Nile cruise) have been exceptional, we have learned a lot through their explanations. As a point to improve, tourists should be advised to take other means of transport than the train, as it is many hours of travel and you can hardly rest during the journey.

IMBARAZZANTE. Only the two very good guides.... but they are not employees of the agency - Very superficial and confusing organization. Lack of professionalism on the part of the local agency. Management of mediocre, inadequate issues. Communicated that we would have a long stopover only after payment. They were unable to offer solutions or alternatives. Changes of plans underway. I advise against this agency. The trip was saved only thanks to the skill and professionalism of the two local guides, autonomous subjects not employed by the agency. Bad service even upon arrival at the airport with a person who had another name not ours! Absolutely avoid this agency. They are incapable, they can not organize even a trivial move. I have travelled a lot in my life and I know perfectly well that there can be delays on Flights. NEVER happened that an agency told me to leave the airport to go to the hotel (as I requested since the stopover in Cairo was very long due to inability to organize a trip .... I had already complained before leaving) and only after leaving the airport told me that I should not leave (and only because I wrote asking where the escort was). But then it's not over! The agency tells me to go out and that I could spend the night in the hotel! But she doesn't tell me the time of the flight I could have taken the next day, nor does it occur to her that the luggage is already shipped to its final destination. It makes me think that the agency has never set foot in an airport! IMBARAZZANTE.
