Arrival Airport to Arusha

Arusha Region - Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport or Arusha Airport, you will be greeted by our representative and transferred to your accommodation in Arusha for an overnight stay.

Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Tarangire National Park - After breakfast, you will meet an office representative or your tour guide for a safari briefing, followed by a 2-hour drive to Tarangire National Park. Along the way, enjoy the scenic views of grassland plains dotted with ancient baobab trees, and observe the nomadic Maasai people in their colorful attire walking along the roadside, riding bicycles, herding cattle, and driving donkey carts. You will also see traditional Maasai houses. Tarangire National Park is renowned for its ancient baobab trees, tree-climbing pythons, and the largest concentration of African elephants, lions, leopards, and cheetahs.

After a picnic lunch at midday, you will continue your afternoon game drive before heading to Karatu for dinner and an overnight stay.

Karatu to Serengeti National Park (Ndutu / Migration Area)

Serengeti National Park - Depart from the hotel after breakfast and drive to Serengeti National Park, passing through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area where you can view the Ngorongoro Crater. The drive ends at the Ndutu area (Southern Serengeti), which is best visited from December to April when the wildebeest migration is in the southern part of the Serengeti. In February, half a million calves are born on these southern plains, attracting many predators looking for easy prey. By April, the herds move to the central and western parts of the Serengeti in search of fresh long grass.

You will have a picnic lunch along the way and later drive to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Serengeti National Park (Ndutu / Migration Area)

Serengeti National Park - Start your day early to embark on a full day of game viewing, following the herds across the plains and witnessing the Great Wildebeest Migration in the southern part of the Serengeti or wherever the migration is located during your visit.

It’s an awe-inspiring experience to see the vast numbers of hoofed mammals, followed by predators, migrating in a clockwise circle each year.

In the evening, return to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Serengeti National Park (Ndutu / Migration Area) to Central Serengeti

Serengeti National Park - After breakfast, depart for game viewing around the Southern Serengeti (Ndutu Area) or Migration Area. You will stop for a picnic lunch around 1:00 PM and continue your game drive while moving towards central Serengeti.

In the evening, drive to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Area

Serengeti National Park - After breakfast, embark on an early morning game drive from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM around Central Serengeti, the best place to spot the Big Five animals (lion, elephant, leopard, rhino, and buffalo).

After a half-day game drive and a picnic lunch, head towards the Ngorongoro Crater rim, enjoying a game drive en route.

The day concludes with a hearty dinner and a restful night at the hotel in Ngorongoro.

Ngorongoro Crater, then transfer to Arusha Town or the Airport

Ngorongoro Crater - After an early breakfast, descend over 600 meters into the crater to view wildlife. Enjoy lunch at the base of the crater at midday.

This collapsed volcano creates a unique ecosystem with diverse vegetation and stunning landscapes. The crater is home to the highest concentration of wildlife in Africa, including elephants, lions, buffaloes, hippos, and the rare black rhino. It’s one of the best places to see all of the Big Five.

In the afternoon, ascend the crater and drive to Arusha town or the airport for your flight back home.
