Calgary Airport Pick-up

Calgary International Airport - Airport Pick-up Information:

  1. Complimentary airport pick-up services on the first day of your tour will be provided at the Calgary International Airport (YYC) at: 10:00, 12:00, 14:00, 16:00, 18:00, 20:00. Upon arrival, please go to Gate 5 on the arrival level to wait for pick-up arrangements.

  2. Arrive between 6:00 am to 9:00 am or 22:00 pm to 23:00 pm and arrange hotel bus pick-up. This free service is available every hour. If you are unable to take the designated bus at the designated time, the travel agency will coordinate the next available bus for you according to the hotel bus arrangement.

  3. Calgary International Airport (YYC) paid pick-up service: For flights arriving between 07:00-22:00, addtional charges apply. Please ask tour operator for more details.

Calgary –Yoho National Park –Banff

Banff - In the morning, we will head west along 1 Hwy. Soon after, we will arrive at the famous Lake Louise. You will see the Chateau Lake Louise stands quietly in the pine forest when standing by the lakeside. We will after take a visit to the Moraine Lake (seasonal opening/alternative attractions: Twin Jack Lake, Minnewanka Lake). Shortly after, we’ll arrive at the Lake Louise Ski Resort and take the Gondola to overlook the beautiful scenery of the Rocky Mountains. After lunch, we will continue westward until we enter into the Yoho National Park through a spiral tunnel until we reach the Emerald Lake. Finally, we will discover the natural bridge which was formed by the accumulated water of the river. And we will be staying overnight in Banff.

Lake Louise Sightseeing Gondola - Lake Louise Gondola (optional, 90 mins including lunch time)

Kicking Horse River - Natural Bridge is an impressive natural rock formation that spans the flow of the Kicking Horse River west of Field. Sculpted by the erosive forces of rushing water over what had once been a waterfall, the Natural Bridge is a powerful reminder of how much influence water has in shaping the landscape.

Banff National Park - Today, you will start the free travel mode of Banff town, you can roam the town freely, walk into any boutique, you can find local souvenirs or delicious snacks, or participate in our carefully prepared various Activities at your own expense. Optional activities do not include transportation and tour guide services, and guests need to pay for above services. It is recommended to book activities before leaving the group.

Banff –Columbia Icefield —Revelstoke / Salmon Arm

Banff - Today we will leave Banff Town for the magnificent icefield. You can see the beautiful view of meadows, waterfalls and snow mountains along the way. We will pass by the famous Crowfoot Glacier and Bow Lake. Finally, we will enter into the Jasper National Park and explore Columbia Icefield, You can take a big shuttle bus to start your own adventure! More exciting, you can breathe the fresh air of the Rocky Mountains when standing on the skywalk! We will also stay overnight in Grizzly Bear Town/Salmon Bay.

Crowfoot Glacier - The spectacular Crowfoot Glacier can be viewed from a lookout point on the world-famous Icefields Parkway about 34 km (21 mi) north of Lake Louise. Attached to the northeastern side of Crowfoot Mountain, overlooking Bow Lake, the glacier’s runoff feeds into the Bow River, which flows from Banff National Park through the City of Calgary to the Alberta prairies.

Revelstoke / Salmon Arm –Kamloops –Vancouver

Vancouver - Today, we will proceed to the famous “Last Spike” in the Pacific Railroad Memorial Park. Then, we will head to visit the Kamloops which is the hometown of Ginseng. Finally, we will drive back to Vancouver.

Itinerary:

Revelstoke → The Last Spike (20 mins) → Kamloops Ginseng Factory (45 mins) → Fraser Valley (Pass-by) → Vancouver

Last Spike - The Last Spike was the final and ceremonial railway spike driven into the Canadian Pacific Railway (CPR) track by company director Donald Smith on the morning of November 7th, 1885. The ceremony marked the completion of the transcontinental CPR. It was a muted affair at which a group of company officials and laborers gathered at Craigellachie. The Last Spike symbolized more than just the completion of a railway. Contemporaries and historians have viewed the Last Spike as an event when national unity was recognized.

Kamloops - Ginseng Factory is located in Kamloops. Due to its pollution-free fertile soil and semi-desert dry climate, Kamloops has become the largest producer of American ginseng. It is famously known as the ‘’Ginseng Capital.” During this visit, visitors will have the chance to understand the growth process of American ginseng and its various nourishing medicinal effects.

On Day 3, You will start the free travel mode of Banff town, you can roam the town freely, walk into any boutique, you can find local souvenirs or delicious snacks, or participate in our carefully prepared various Activities at your own expense. Room Details All hotel rooms are based on two Full / Double beds or one King/Queen bed depends on what rooms are availiable at the hotel on the day. The maximum occupancy per room is four travelers. One Room Selection If you are a party of more than four guests or desire to have separate rooms, please create separate bookings. Avoid traveling in a different bus? If you have more than one booking, please provide all confirmation numbers once your bookings are complete.

    1. Customer under 18 years old MUST be accompanied by at least one adult. In consideration of the guest safety, pregnant women are only allowed to join the tour if pregnant for 24 weeks or less by the end of the trip.
    1. Please be sure to provide accurate and complete information upon booking. This includes name, gender, valid contact information (preferably a mobile phone), accurate tour location, etc., This helps to avoid any errors upon the reservation because errors affect travel. Any losses due to inaccurate or invalid information will be at your own cost and the company will not be held responsible.
    1. Hotels have different room types, such as a King/Queen size beds or two double size twin beds. The maximum number of people who can legally stay in a room is 2 to 4 people. In addition, each hotel has a different method of charging the deposit, which requires the cooperation of the guests according to regulations. The tour operator guarantee the number of rooms for guests but does not guarantee the specific room type and location. Hotel check-in time is usually after 15:00.
    1. Any guests that have already purchased their own tickets or have a city PASS will not be able to use it on the tour. Please understand that you must purchase the admission tickets through our company in order to participate. For the optional admission tickets, you will reserve it from the tour guide directly. The tour guide will make this arrangement for you. As a tour group, it is highly suggested to make a reservation together rather than individually in order to get into an attraction. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Thank you again for choosing to tour with us! 
    1. The tour operator have the right to make appropriate adjustments to the itinerary under the conditions of facilitating the operation for the tour group. This, however, will not reduce the items that should be included in the itinerary.
    1. During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to appropriately adjust the tour sequence, stay time or assembly time of scenic spots according to the weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progression of the trip.
    1. If the scenic spots are temporarily closed or closed on a particular holiday, etc., the tour guide will adjust the appearance according to the actual situation or replace the location with another scenic spot to ensure the richness of the itinerary. The opening hours and capacity limits of certain attractions and national parks will be subject to change from time to time due to the COVID-19 pandemic.     1. Children under the age of 8 require a booster seat in order to participate in the group tour. The tour operator provide the rental service for $10.00/person/day. Please make a request when booking the itinerary so that we may have the booster seat ready in advance. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel, and the fee can be refunded to the guest.
    1. Normal health conditions are required in order to participate and enjoy our full itineraries. Contact us for specific policies or information regarding passengers with disabilities who do need to provide advance notifications to make a reservation. The tour operator does not guarantee a wheelchair liftequipped bus and/or seating availability to disabled passengers without prior notification and approval.
    1. In order to make your trip more complete, pleasant, and smooth, we strongly recommend that you choose to book event tickets, catering packages, etc. when making your order. Please be aware that we do not provide any additional booking services within 7 days before the departure date or during the tour.
