You’ll leave the vehicle on the road up towards The mlil at Imi Oughlad (1,450m) where you will meet your Berber muleteer and guide. Your first day will be an easier aclimatisation trek in the National Park. terrain here is gentler with copper green soil and juniper trees. Overnight in Gite in Tinzert, a small rustic Berber Village. Aprox. 4 hrs walking time.

This is an enchanting five-day journey through the High Atlas Mountains of Morocco, travelling through diverse landscapes ranging from verdant valleys to stark rock formations. The path will guide you through vibrant Berber villages and over exquisite mountain passes while gently ascending to our loftiest point at 4,167m, the summit of Mount Toubkal, the highest mountain in North Africa.
Your excursion will be supported by a dedicated Berber team, including a mountain guide, cook, and muleteers with mules for luggage carriage. Accommodations for the nights will be in gites (traditional Berber homes) & mountain huts for the final two days.
