Excellent - We got 2 fish. The experience is amazing . Very important drink pills for the ride our you well get upset .

Be careful with who you go with! - We had 3 people fishing on the boat and only were able to get one fish in the boat in 4 hours where other boats in the same group had 5-10 fish in the boat by the end. It was extremely disappointing to come back and realize that everyone else caught at least 4 or 5 while our group managed to only get one. Normally I’d chalk that up to crappy fishing luck but I’m not 100% sure our captain knew where he was going… we were with the other boats for about 15 minutes. After that we were alone going back and forth across the same water for about 2.5 hours straight.

Rough Seas - The trip would have been much different if it weren’t for the 2 small Spanish mackerel, and half the passengers getting sick, the trip would have been a lot better.

Poor service. Waiting... - Poor service. Waiting private, totally they took mor people. Service aim to earn money, but not give an experience.

They were a no show. Beware - They never showed up to pick me up. I will dispute the charge. I waited for 45 minutes and was so disappointed. Texted them for confirmation twice, no response, number disconnected.

Book elsewhere - Was canceled with out notice. No email or text waited 1 hour for transportation Hotel called several time no answer

Don’t do! - Have staff speak English or at least have conversations with you. A poor kid was sea sick and they didn’t even help him. The ride was 10 miles out and swells were so bad. My husband and son who are avid fisherman were totally skunked, not one fish for the price in my husbands words “It f.. SUCKED”

Horrible diesel stinker boat. - Horrible diesel stinker boat. Everyone was outside and black smoke blew throughout the 4 hour sail. Got a headache 1 hour after comming back to the hotel. Pretty sure due to the fumes. 5 rods and 7 people on a boat. Not good. 1 baited hook pr rod insted af 3 hooks. Not good. Caught no fish, but thats ok. The above is just bad overall...

Bait and switch... and waste of money - Calling this a fishing trip is a stretch. First, I booked a private charter for my family of 5. So when a mini van showed up that seats 7, that already had 5 people in it, (15 minutes late, I might add), we were confused. We were even more perplexed when we were expected to get IN this van. We asked the driver to call another van, which he did....except a local taxi showed up. So our 7:15am pick up time turned into 8am, and we were obviously not going alone. We get to the beach/ launch point, and we were put on a dinghy with 2 other families. No life vests, very crowded, and questionably safe. Definitely not what I paid for, after confirming on shore that we were indeed going on the right tour. (I showed the facilitator the receipt on my phone). We get to the fishing vessel, transfer aboard and see 4 poles - which is 5 less than there are people. The crew was not friendly, offered no explanation, and rigged the lines while we all sat there clueless. We set off, the crew casts the lines in the water and we set off trolling. There was no "fishing" to speak of. When there was a fish on, if you were lucky enough to be sitting near the back of the boat, you could get to sit in the chair to reel it in, but that was it. You could not keep the fish, either. Or if you could, it was not explained, nor were they kept on ice. All in all, it was a really frustrating experience and a waste of $530.

No show for pick up - Terrible communication. Emailed night before and morning as well as called without response. They did not show up at pick up and only called 90 min later saying they made a mistake and were running late
