Pick Up and Transfer to Ruaha National Park
Ruaha National Park - You will be picked up from Dar Es Salaam (advise place of pick up) and you will start your trip to Ruaha National Park via Iringa town. This trip is expected to take up to 8 hours of driving. You will have two stops for refreshments and lunch on the way to Ruaha. This day will be dedicated to traveling and making sure that you get to Ruaha National Park.
When you arrive you will be checked in at Ruaha Park Bandas/Cottages within the park for dinner and overnight stay.

It’s considered that Ruaha holds a denser population of elephants than any other East African national park. The park is also known for being a sanctuary to stunning mammals such as the Greater and Lesser Kudu, Sable and Roan antelopes which can be typically observed in the Miombo woodland. Male Kudus are recognized for their magnificent spiraled horns, whilst male Sable antelopes are noted for their remarkable curved horns. This park also serves as a refuge for endangered wild dogs. Additional wildlife inhabiting the park comprise of lions, leopards, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, elands, impala, bat eared foxes, and Jackals.
