Expedition 4 Days and 3 Nights

Amazonas Region - 08:am We will enjoy a continental breakfast then a tour of the city and visit the Bethlehem market. In the market you can see a multitude of medicinal plants and cures to treat all imaginable diseases and ailments until 10: AM After exploring the city we headed to the port to board our boat.
private 10:30 we will travel upstream through the Amazon for about 4 to 5 hours before reaching the primary jungle. 04:pm Upon arrival, we will build the camp, either with tents or by building our shelter. 07’:pm dinner for after 08 pm we will take a short walk to acclimatize, and then we will go out for a night canoe ride, observing alligators, nocturnal birds and monkeys, all while we enjoy an orchestra of insects.

Excursions

Amazonas Region - We will begin our day with a bird watching excursion at 5:30 am to 7:30 am early, Breakfast at 8:00 am. After 09 am we will leave for a piranha fishing trip and we will return for lunch 02: pm after a brief relaxation 03: pm we will all be able to enjoy a relaxing boat trip where we can have observations of the Amazon dolphins and swim with the famous gray and pink Amazon dolphins. After the return to enjoy dinner at 07: pm, a brief relaxation at 08: pm, our second night excursion will be to observe tarantulas, scorpions and the great variety of snakes that the jungle offers.

Expedition

Amazonas Region - 07:00 am After breakfast at the camp, we will take a nature walk deeper into the jungle, to identify different varieties of medicinal, poisonous and hallucinogenic plants. We will also discuss the many different ways locals use these plants on a daily basis and how integral they are to their daily lives. lunch 01:pm and then 03:pm
In the afternoon we will visit a riverside town to learn first-hand about their way of life. 07:pm Dinner and a short rest 08:pm night excursion

Adventure on the lakes

Amazonas Region - 07:am We will begin our last day in the jungle with breakfast and then 08:am we will board our boat and enjoy a short morning exploration of the lakes. You will be able to observe one of the largest aquatic plants in the world, the famous Victoria Regia water lily. These giant lilies sometimes grow up to seven feet wide (or more than two meters).
01:00 pm We will then enjoy our lunch, prepared and served on the boat as we return to Iquitos. Arrival in Iquitos 4 or 5 pm in the afternoon

You will return to Iquitos between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm in the late afternoon.
