Amazing experience - It has been a wonderful experience, it is an essential thing if you go to Egypt on a trip. All very nice. Spectacular cruise, good rooms and facilities and very attentive and friendly staff. I would repeat without a doubt!

Nile cruise and Hot Air Balloon in Luxor and Aswan - I went to Luxor and Aswan with 4 friends and we wanted to make the Hot Air Balloon through Luxor….and we have texted mohamed Hamzawy ….he was helpful and very flexible with us and also so patient….he responded quickly for every question we have …he also recommended us yo visit Aswan and we enjoyed our time with him….his service is perfect…his team was attentive….every moment was amazing during the tour …he is totally amazing ….highly recommended ….the nile cruise….and the sights everything was just perfect…..ask for Hamzaway in Luxor if you want to have a great experience 👌🏻😉

Egypt magical country of Culture and History - Our guide Mohamed Hamzawy was a very professional person with vast knowledge of the history and the Egypt culture with people. He is up to date on new discoveries at the monuments. Also he was attentive to all our needs and wants to make sure his clients are happy and feel safe. He took care of us from our arrival until the end of our stay. The staff on board very helpful and friendly. The food was fantastic and excellent cleaning. This trip was perfect, it met all our expectations and we will definitely repeat it again. Thank you very much Mohamed for everything.

Excellent experience- Excellent guide - Mohammad's explication was excellent. He gave us key points, to understand better the history of Egypt.
Mohammad himself is really patient, very good person and an excepcional guide.

The cruise itself was... - The cruise itself was great, but we had terrible experience with the tour guide. Ahmed was our tour guide, he was very unprofessional. First of all, he claimed he talked to the captain and had our room upgraded, but it was a lie. On our first day tour, he had us late leaving and coming back late for an hour, almost missing our cruise. And ultimately cost everyone on the cruise time lost on Kom Ombo. We are very unhappy, we arrive every site late and have too many tourists. Book the cruise with Sonesta directly to avoid unprofessional guide.
