Iquitos Amazon Region - Upon arrival in the city of Iquitos, a representative will wait for you and take you to the pier to go to the lodge. We will navigate the Amazon River, the largest river in the world by volume, and we will witness the magnitude of the river, the beautiful tropical jungle and the picturesque riverside towns such as the Boras. After lunch at the appropriate time we will go out for a botanical walk, to see the giant trees and learn about medicinal plants.
Visit to the animal rescue center, where you can see different kinds of animals
Visit to the Amazon trapiche, where we will extract the juice from the sugar cane.
Observe the Amazonian sunset before returning to the Lodge.
After dinner together with our experienced guide you will be able to explore at night and also be able to distinguish the sounds of animals and insects in their nocturnal habitat.
