Hassle-free, worry-free, but full of glorious FOOD - My husband and I booked this tour after a fantastic tour with the same company to Abu Simbel. We had been hesitant to spend the money on a cruise since we had read horror reviews from other companies and didn't want to be stuck on a boat that was unclean, shabby, or stressful. However, the cruise turned out to be the best part of our trip!!! Our ship was older, but well maintained and very clean. The staff were so kind- especially the kitchen staff, who made the expense of the trip more than worth it by their sheer kindness and good nature. The cruise provided buffet style meals and I had expected mediocre, mass produced food, or meat heavy fare that was unsuitable for my husband who is a vegetarian- but I was so wrong! The food was incredible (carnivore and vegetarian friendly) and the staff made sure to point out the special dishes on the menu- and even remembered the things we had enjoyed from previous meals- so that they could make suggestions of what else we should try. We are now obsessed with Egyptian cuisine! Our cruise took us from Aswan to Luxor and we made stop offs to Kom Ombo and Edfu where 2 knowledgeable and hilarious guides took us through the 2 temples. We also spent a good amount of our time on the top deck of the ship, reading and sitting in the sun while the beauty of the Nile unfolded infront of us. It was as if we had been transported back in time. When we arrived in Luxor, they arranged for us to take a hot air balloon at sunrise over the West Bank, then a trip to the valley of the Kings to see the tombs, lunch, then another trip to see Karnak and Luxor temples. It was a full day! Our guide for the day was "King" Mina who is an Egyptologist PHD. He had us laughing and marvelling at the ancient wonders, and gave the general opinions of the archaelogy zeitgeist, but also his own opinions based on his dissertation work. Needless to say, we loved hearing about this archeological discourse! He also treated us to falafel which was the best we have had in Egypt thus far. 🤤 I really appreciated this since I have hypoglycemia and my blood sugar was crashing after such an early morning. The only bad thing I have to say about this cruise is that the wifi was terrible and cost extra; I ended up just using my regular celluar data. Overall, this company took excellent care of us. We always felt safe and looked after, plus they took all the hassle out of touring. We didn't have to plan a thing! In short, if you're debating whether to book a cruise or not- book this one!

Scenic cruise in river nile with amazing tour guide - The cruise was peaceful and relaxing, with beautiful scenery as we cruise down river nile. Pros- our room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The food served was a mixed of local delights and international cuisines. The visit to the temples were well organized by our guide, Michael who always coordinated and put our interests first. He had all the historical information and described everything to us about the sites. Michael was very helpful and this trip wouldn’t have been possible without him. Cons- We booked in well advance and paid for upper deck room in cruise but we had to wait a lot for check in and got lower deck room because of miscommunication between tour agency and cruise staff. There is practice of giving tip for every small thing in Egypt so even we had already paid for all inclusive cruise trip, we ended up paying a lot to drivers, cruise staff, porters and for washrooms as well in historical places. Overall, this river cruise is a highlight of our Egypt trip and I would definitely recommend doing this cruise to my family and friends.

Unforgettable - The best part of being with an experienced guide was not wasting time, all the attractions were very well explained and always on time, for me, who like punctuality, it was perfect, our guide, Michael, also took care of our transfer at the end of the tour to the airport, we didn't have to worry about anything at all, we just said our demands, and he always organized everything, great guide, great person, super recommendable.

Best tour guide who made the trip both fun and interesting - I've been a big fan of Egypt from a very young age. I had my dream come true this year. I've done a lot of research and assumed I knew most of the information related to the trip but that's when I realized I was completely wrong. My tour guide Michael taught me a lot of things during the visit that I could never possibly learn from anywhere. He made the trip enjoyable with his sense of humor and interesting facts about history and the places. I would 100% recommend having Michael on your side when you plan for a trip to Egypt.

Great experience - The trip gives you the opportunity to discover a great part of Egypt, a fabulous history and an amazing environment. But all these will not be complete without having a good guide beside, a person to show you the right places and reveal details you'll never catch by yourself. For me, in Aswan, it was Michael. He is mentioned in many comments here, on the site. It may seem unusual, but it's just a recognition of his skills. He just gave the flavour to my trip and helped me to better understand Egypt. Great job, great character, excellent skills. In short, a "must" for a passionate tourist willing to enjoy his holiday in there. Keep going, pal! You're definitely an asset for your company and your country!

Michael made our trip special - 3 friends who did 3 nights cruise tour all around main sightseeings of Assouan and Louxor. We visited all main tempels and journey was full of strong emotions and positive energy which we really felt in all sites and especially Philae which will stay our favorite. Michael, our tour guide, provided excellent explanations and showed himself as very knowledgeable and dedicated with all his heart to tourism activity guide. He definitely made all those beautiful places even more exciting and interesting. Boat we cruised on worth really its 5 stars and accommodation was excellent. Don't worry about anything food, safety, temperature outside, everything will be on top thanks to Michael. Just follow him, enjoy and charge your body batteries with thousands of years history of the best civilisation even existing on earth. Cathia
