Amazing tour ‼︎ - We had an amazing cruising trip in Egypt. After checking and the day before checkout for cruise ship , a coordinator came to the ship and explained the schedule. The meeting time was notified by SMS the day before, so the free Wi-Fi was very useful. The cruise staffs, everybody is so friendly and kind. Professional private guides were assigned to each port ( Kom ombo, Edfu and Luxor) Especially in Luxor Mohamed Noor was great, he taught me not only about ancient Egyptian ruins but also about ancient Egyptian spirit. Thank you very much !!

Must do in Egypt - A surprising and unforgetable experience. Everything was well organized between the Cruise and tour operators.

We can't forget this Amazing tour - We enjoyed a great tour that we will never forget. The staff was in good communication with us. The representative, Bassam, was wonderful. A Good Trip in the Nile - The tour was very interesting. The tours were very well explained. The guides are professionals who explain in detail the history of each temple and each attraction. The food at El Barco is good, although it could be better. The room on the cruise was very comfortable, the bathroom could be better prepared and cleaned. The balloon day was canceled and was not replaced by anything. Overall, it was a good trip with a few minor logistical issues.

Ägypten, der Nil und die Vergangenheit - My tour guide Mr. Micle/ Assuan / temple of Philae My tour guide Ms. Heba in Luxor Both of them were funny, full of knowledge they shared in a very entertaining way. Luckily I had both of them alone for me. The best sightseeing was Abu Simbel, the valley of kings and Karnac. And last but not least the ballon ride. You have to get early, but it is worth it. The cruise on the Nile was nice, but next it should be definitivly wärmer, at least 30 degrees, not 15, like it was for me.

Dissapointing... - You buying 3 nights cruise, but 2 days boat doesnt move, you using boat as hotel room... Schedule is teling us 2.day afternoon boat start to sailing but it is moving 3.day at 02.00 am... At the and just company says sorry... You trust company but they dont even tell you about this schedule changings..

A particularly racist experience. - I’ve been to over 50 countries and never have I experienced the level of racism (Asian) that I have had to on this boat. I travelled with a fairly multicultural group of friends and time and time again I was ignored and belittled by the staff. Similarly I was singled out over and over again by tour guides and bus drivers alike to relay messages of “tips” to the rest of the group because it was OK for me to be offended but not anyone else? Similar treatment was given to the large Thai tourist group also on the boat. If Egypt is serious about wanting to regain tourism, I suggest they re-examine how they treat their guests.

So unprofessional company, dont hire - I booked this trip weeks ago and a couple days before the trip begin they ignored us and 16 january (trips begin at 17 january at 8:00am) the viator company send us a email telling us they cancelled our trip... The tour company didnt send us a message, nothing, we were lucky we found out another guy that could arrange everything, i dont recommend you this company will let you f**k up with no plans in egypt so unprofesional people...

NO! Don’t choose Royal biking boat!! - Management don’t care at all! I missed a scheduled tour for Luxor as they told me the wrong time! When I got to lobby & asked where your guide was, I was told” I don’t know “ with a shrug of shoulders. I was charged for internet despite the fact it never worked! I kept telling manager it’s not working & he just put me off saying “when we get to Edfu there’s better signal, don’t worry” but I was never able to successfully connect. At check out I said I did not want to pay for internet & was told verbatim” not my problem” by front desk clerk Ahman? The food was poor & crappy weak drinks way over priced. The waitstaff were excellent though 😀the massage guy is a creeper wanting to stay inside room while you undressed! Not! He will sell you package of 2 sessions for a discount promising to throw in a facial & extra time but he does not honor. Instead of facial, he gave face masssge & included in the hour masssge time. Sphinx if Egypt was the tour operators & very kindly made up my missing Luxor due to boat’s fault for not updating me on the amended time, by giving me a private tour with Heba later that day. A wonderful company & she’s a great tour guide!there are many boats to choose from, just don’t choose this one!
