It offers panoramic views of the snow capped High Atlas Mountains and the magnificent landscapes. We stop at Ait Benhadou Kasbah, the highlight of the day. The Kasbah is now a protected UNESCO world heritage site and famous for being the location of film sets like Gladiator, Lawrence of Arabia and many more. Additional Information

We’re an indigenous Berber family hailing from southeastern Morocco, with our roots deeply embedded in the desert where we led a nomadic lifestyle for generations. Our venture centers around our aspiration of sharing the unique Berber culture and offering unforgettable experiences. Both Morocco and The Sahara have always been fascinating destinations for explorers and thus we initiated our enterprise, provided employment to nomadic children, and enabled them to pursue education and evolve into tour guides. We persistently assist many families residing in the distant deserts and other nomadic children who were denied the opportunity of schooling. Furthermore, we have employment opportunities at the campsite which we set up in 2017. Our squad plays a significant role in creating enchanting experiences by resonating the melodies, narratives, and history of Berber civilization and the lifestyle of nomads, delivering understanding that transcends ordinary travel guidebooks or curriculum. We cordially welcome visitors from all over the world. Come, let’s chart out your expedition!

Great hospitality with Morocco Countryside Tours! - My family and I had a great time touring Morocco with Morocco Countryside Tours. I coordinated directly with Sayed and told him all of the things we were intersted in visiting. He tailored our tour according to what we wanted to experience and visit. The whole process was stress-free from pickup to dropoff. Our guides Mustafa and Ibraham were the absolute best! They did a great job at making us feel comfortable and showing us around. They treated my kids with so much love and compassion (esp for my crybaby 1 year old). Anytime I needed to change our plans, I coordinated with Sayed who was super flexible and who's number one priority was making us feel comfortable and attended to. The drivers were also super awesome! They way they navigate through the city center is amazing! Super professional, hospitable, and friendly. All in the tour cost us under $1K--super affordable! Here are the things which were included in the tour package: - Airport dropoff/pickup - Car seat for my 5 year old and 1 year old - Gas - Marrakech Old Medina tour - Bahia Palace - Mosque - Overnight at Zagora (desert) - Transportation to and from - Accomodations - 2 camel rides (1 hr& 25 mins) - Dinner & breakfast - Live music - During the drive to Zagora - Ceramic shops - Arogan Oil Cooperative Not included: - Entrance fees to sights Thank you to Morocco Countrside Tours for making this trip so magical. Our family will talk about this trip for years to come.

Morocco has our heart! - If you have a chance to visit this beautiful, vibrant country, we highly recommend the tour company Morocco Countryside Tours, [email protected]. They were exceptional and exceeded our expectations. We felt very safe in Morocco. We flew into Marrakech and Morocco Countryside Tours took care of the rest! It was a stress free trip as everything was planned out from our hotels, sighting seeing and half the meals. Mustafa was our wonderful guide. He was very knowledgeable and particular in providing us information about his country and answered all our questions. He met us at the airport and instantly made sure we were comfortable on our way to the hotel. The next three days we were on road sight seeing beautiful Morocco and Mustafa made everything pleasant during our trip. We explored the markets of Marrakech. We drank lots of Moroccan mint tea and had delicious Tagines minced beef and eggs, chicken-made in earth-ware pots. While driving across the country, we saw many towns, rural areas and watched Berber living throughout the Atlas mountains. Their buildings are made of Clay. We walked through the beautiful Todra gorge, visited The Kasbah, a UNESCO site. {They were filming Gladiator 2 when we were there}. We enjoyed sunsets and a beautiful sunrise in the desert. We went camel riding in the Erg Chebbi, which is part of the Sahara Desert, and spent an evening in a tent resort with a delicious Moroccan dinner and listening to African folk music. Our trip was beautiful and wonderfully planned out by Morocco Countryside Tours along with our incredible guide, Mustafa.
