Go, just GO. - Amazaballs!!! We decided to do another trip with Friendly, our guide Koba and driver Achi were the same gentlemen we day tripped with to the Rainbow Mountains and Monastries. Besides my wife and I a lady from Hongkong joined us. We ended up to be a perfect group to trave. The road to Tusheti is something else, you steadily drive upwards on a one lane road carved out of the mountain sides, truly spectacular and a good way to test whether your body still produces adrenaline! The views during the 70 KM drive are SPECTACULAR! Achi, our driver navigated the road with utmost care, a true pro. Koba filled us in on what we looked at and what could be expected in a very conversational style leading to "back & forthts" and some good laughs. The Tusheti region is unparalelled, nature is of the utmost beauty. The settlements you so all over tell stories of a life past. Yet, not really. The region is settled for 4 months or so each years. People bring up their life stock up the mountain and take them back down sometime late september early October. A sight to behold. We had 2 nights in a "home stay" eating deliscious food and experiencing how the locals live. Their hospitalilty is just fantastic. Kinder people you'll rarely meet. Koba and Achi became friends on the trip and when we return we'll be sure to raise a few more glassess of Cha Cha. Thanks so much gentlemen! You made it very special!

Hidden Gem - Tusheti: One of Georgia’s most fascinating regions, off-the-beaten-path destination that offers incredible natural beauty, rich cultural heritage, breathtaking views, unique architecture, remote valleys, mountain villages with stone towers and truly unique experiences. 3 memorable days in Tusheti was the best part of my 25 days Georgia trip. Friendly.ge team is best special thanks to Anna who was very helpful and patient with all my queries. Our super cool tour duo.. guide Koba, whose knowledge and stories were amazing, also he does nice landscape drawings, made one for each of us really sweet. Dangerous road felt so comfortable coz of Achiko I was soo relax and totally enjoyed my off road journey. They made it special and everything was very well organised. Tusheti should be at the top of your travel list when you visit Georgia. The place has a very unique, exotic atmosphere, reminding some kind of a "fairyland" the most isolated region of Georgia.

Speechless. This is Georgia! ❤️❤️ - We are speechless! So much so we’re still trying to process the magic of the last 3 days. We’ve been in Georgia for over 2 months and Tusheti may be our #1 highlight. So much so that if someone asked us about where to go in Georgia we’d recommend Tusheti even if you only have a week…it is absolutely magical. It all starts with the drive which is a HUGE part of this journey and the most exhilarating drive you’ll ever experience. This is a guarantee! We also want to say at no point will you feel unsafe! Upon arriving in Tusheti you’ll feel like you are in a different country. Surrounded by breathtaking views and many incredible villages that are all unique. The traditions and history are fascinating. Our guides at friendly, Koba and Achiko not only added to the experience but made it so much better. These guys are salt of the earth good people and are two of the best people to spend your time with. We cannot say enough good things about them! Also the company friendly.ge is the best. You will not feel like just any tourist and their attention to detail is second to none, you are in very good hands. If you are on the fence about going, trust us and do it…you’ll always remember Tusheti ❤️.

A real life fairytale - The 3-day tour to tusheti did not feel like a tour but more like a trip with friends. The group was small therefore it felt very personal. Our guide and driver Aleksi and Achiko are really fun, nice and knowledgeable people. We felt safe the entire time on the road and saw so many different sites that came straight out of a fairytale. The whole experience feels unreal. The hotel and food provided was also delicious. I could not recommend this tour company enough.

Tusheti Adventure - An amazing experience, definitely the highlight of my trip to Georgia. The drive from Tbilisi to Omalo makes you feel like you are being transported to a different world. Our trip started out and Tbilisi, we had a plenty of stops along the way to stretch our legs and buy snacks/supplies we would want for the trip. On the way to Omalo we stopped at a beautiful church our guide Aleksi did a exceptional job of describing the history of the church. We stop as well at a picnic area on the side of the road on abano pass for lunch which gave us beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Once in Omalo we stayed at a very nice guesthouse we had comfortable accomodations and exceptional breakfast and dinner, the guest house was well maintained and they were very kind. Every aspect of the trip was well thought out, our driver Achiko was professional and kind I felt safe throught the whole trip. Our guide Aleksi did an amazing job of describing the history behind every place we visited. I'm leaving this trip with a lot more knowledge of the region and Georgia as well. Overall it was experience I will remenber for a lifetime and I definitely won't forget our group or the exceptional staf at friendly.ge. I would recommend anyone to go on this trip it's really great experience.

A 3-day Fairytale! Best tour ever!! - WOW!!! I don't even know where to begin. I decided to extend my stay to go on the 3-day Tusheti tour, and it was hands down the best decision I have made in my past 8 months of traveling! When Aleksi and Achiko arrived to pick me up, I instantly knew I was in good hands. They were bright-eyed and smiling with a 4WD Delica in awesome shape. Once we had everyone in the vehicle we headed out of town. Akeksi's commentary was spot on as he talked about all the interesting sites along the way until we reached the beautiful Alaverdi Monastery, a perfect place for a stop. As we continued into the mountains, Achiko's calm, happy demeanor made us all feel comfortable even as we began up the narrow, winding road. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the guys found a perfect place to stop for lunch up on the mountain, complete with fresh bread, fruit, cheese, sausage, and wine! I was pleasantly surprised when we reached the nice guesthouse in Omalo as it was quaint, comfortable, and had stunning views of the mountains, valley, and the fortress/Tushetian towers above. The meals at the guesthouse were delicious with a big variety of local dishes to taste. This was particularly nice for me being a solo traveler as I don’t usually get to try so many things, especially in one meal! The next day was just as awesome as the first as we went on an amazing hike and explored the nearby villages and amazing views. Aleksi offered us so much insight into the area, culture, and traditions, making it a rich experience. The last day was perfect too! With a couple more stops for views and a short hike, it couldn’t have been any better. The area is packed with so much untouched nature, I literally felt like I was in a fairytale during the entire trip! Being my second tour with friendly.ge, I had high expectations, but this trip far exceeded anything I could have imagined. Thank you all for coordinating the tour and offering this amazing experience!!
