Amboseli National Park - Amboseli National Park covers 392km² (151miles²) and has a mixed topography of plains, acacia woodland, rocky thorn bush, swamps and marshes. This diversity, along with a long dry season, ensures excellent viewing of the large concentrations of African animals living in this natural habitat.
With its awesome view of Mount Kilimanjaro (Africa’s highest mountain at 5,895m), Amboseli National Park offers a unique and breathtaking backdrop for viewing Africa’s animals. It also has a dry Pleistocene lake basin that houses a temporary lake, Lake Amboseli, after the rains.
Amboseli offers some of the best opportunities to see African animals because its vegetation is sparse due to the long dry months. Amboseli National Park is home to wild animals, which include the African elephant, buffalo, impala, lion, cheetah, hyena, giraffes, zebra, wildebeest among other African animals. There is also a host of Kenya birds,, to see if you keep your eyes open and stop at every sighting.

Day 1 ) Begin by departing from Nairobi after breakfast to visit Amboseli National park. Enjoy a safari ride in the park before heading to your reserved Lodge / camp to check in and have lunch. An additional afternoon safari ride is planned in the park. The vast, flat, and dusty landscape sets a perfect environment to spot a variety of wildlife including buffaloes, lions, gazelles, cheetahs, wildebeest, zebras, and extensive herds of elephants roaming freely. { Stay overnight at KILIMA SAFARI CAMP }
Lunch and Dinner
Day 2 ) This day is assigned for safari rides with breaks for meals and optional trips to a Masai village. Due to its sparse vegetation resulting from extensive dry periods, Amboseli offers some of the optimal chances to witness African wildlife. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.
Day 3 ) Start the day with an early morning safari ride, followed by breakfast, and depart from Amboseli national park back to Nairobi. Arrangements for drop off at your respective hotel / residence or the airport will be made. This marks the end of the experience.
