Your are to depart in the morning from your hotel in Bucharest (where you are to meet your mounting tour guide). You travel straight to Sinaia where you start your tour by visiting one of the most representative historical and architectural edifice in Romania, Peles Castle. This was built for the first Romanian King, Carol I-st of Romania. The building was started at the end of 19th century and was planned by some of the most famous architects in Europe, being as one of the most modern castles of its time (elevator, central heating systems etc), but also impressive-elegant.

From Sinaia, you and your mountain tour guide, take the cable car to Cota 2000 (2000 m altitude) and from here on you start your four hours hiking trip. By late afternoon you are to reach Padina Chalet, where you stay overnight.
