Pamukkale - In my opinion, Pamukkale is the best place in Turkey. Very much relaxing and natural sites around! It is a natural outdoor SPA place as well as a tourist point. Lovely place! and Tours Flame did an amazing job to make our tour memorable.

Good Travel Agency - This is an outstanding travel company because of its good maintenance and excellent services. Both cities, included in this trip were very beautiful. All the arrangements were also done very nicely. I will like to appreciate the every member of this travel agency for doing such an outstanding job.

Highly recommended - It was an extraordinary experience. I with my wife went for this 2 days Ephesus and Pamukkale Tour. We explored and enjoyed a lot. Everything was perfect!!!

Best Trip - Everything was planned very well and was ahead of time. Very excellent hospitality was provided by Company in these 2 days of our trip. The transfers were very smooth and hotels were also good.

Nive Experience - Ephesus and Pamukkale were the destinations for these two days, which Tours Flame expertly planned. The accommodations, cuisine, pick-up, and drop-off services were all excellent. This was a genuinely pleasant experience.

Walking in the white rock pools - Pamukkale was as wonderful as I expected, and thrown in as an extra bonus was the historic Heiropolis, an ancient Greco/Roman site at the same location. Ephesus is such an important site of the ancient world. Our guide gave us good insight into what we were seeing. The tour company did a marvelous job of organization and meeting all of the tour members' needs. Our guide was very knowledgeable and personable.

Amazing experience - The natural hot water, white calcium deposits, beautiful crystal clear water pools make Pamukkale best place to visit. But one must be careful, because at some places, it is too slippery. However, no such situation in Ephesus as it is completely ancient and historic city with remains like Temple of Artemis. Every location was well described by guide.

Good Service - This travel company has good customer care, comfort plans and policies. From the driver and meals to the transfer of flights, everything was managed very well. Especially guide was very good. We got more than we thought.

They saved us in the "middle of Turkey" - I booked this trip for our party of 8 back in March. It seemed really great with amazing reviews. I did have a few complaints about the company initially but those were soon overcome with their crisis management skills. Without their immediate help, there is no way we would have solved our problem. While we were waiting at the Denizli airport after our two day tour, prepared to fly back to Istanbul, four members of our group realized they left their passports in Selcuk at the hotel. Tours flame (within an hour), had us a personal driver back to Selcuk (4 hours), they had proof that the passports were there (which the hotel was not willing to admit), and they had a private driver from Selcuk back to Istanbul. In the end, the price was not bad (they originally said it could be over 1000 USD but it ended up being 650 USD and they actually arrived in Istanbul a few hours after the rest of us. I give this travel agency massive thanks for how they were able to resolve the situation so nicely while we felt stranded in the middle of Turkey. For that, we cannot give them anything less than 5 stars

Best time in Turkey - After a long time, we decided to avail trip of Turkey. The services provided by company were excellent and I must say that we actually choose the best Trip Company. The company services were really appreciating.
