Fes - Middle Atlas Mountains - The Sahara Desert

Merzouga Desert - 7.30 am Pick up from hotel/Riad for the fabulous journey up into the Middle Atlas mountains. These dunes are massive, up to 50 meters in height and extend eastwards all the way into the Algerian Sahara. Then enjoy an unforgettable camel trekking experience into the breathtaking sunset as you travel through the shifting sands before you arrive at a traditional Berber desert encampment to spend the night in a charming tent, surrounded by the mountainous dunes. Chill out and enjoy a delicious dinner while listening to the sweet strains of traditional Berber music until it is time to sleep underneath the myriad of glittering stars, so many and so bright that you feel you could almost reach out and touch them.

Transfer From merzouga to Marrakech

Ksar of Ait-Ben-Haddou - wake up early to enjoy the sunrise on the Sahara dunes. After that, ride camel back to the hotel for delicious breakfast. Then, be ready for an amazing drive to Marrakech passing by Todra Gorges, Kelaat Mgouna, Dades Valley, Sakura, Ouarzazate. lunch, at Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, continue our trip crossing High Atlas Mountains, Tizi n’Tichka pass (2260 m in altitude) while enjoying superb views and Berber Villages on the way.
