Great Safari Experience - We can wholeheartedly recommend this trip. The support via WhatsApp before and during the tour was excellent, and the entire organization was superb. Even the last-minute flight change by the airline was perfectly managed and executed. The camp where we stayed was also very good and inviting. A big thank you goes to our tour guide Nesto. We couldn't have been better taken care of. He found the best spots for us, allowing us to take amazing photos. We felt very comfortable at all times. Thank you, Nesto, for your great work! We would book here again anytime - next time even for several days, and we'd love to do it with Nesto again.

Fantastic trip - We had a wonderful trip with Experience Zanzibar tours, from the perfect Spice Tour to a full 3 days Safari in Mukimi where everything was tailor made to our needs, pick-up directly from the Ferry to the Park and back directly to the airport. Godfrey and his team are the best in the business! Will strongly recommend him to my friends and anyone who comes to the region!

Super great experience - Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. We were very happy with the whole safari, we saw everything we wanted to see! Our guide Daniel was the best guide you could imagine. He spoke great German and was able to explain everything to us about the animals in Mikumi National Park. When we come back to Zanzibar we will definitely book another safari and hopefully get Daniel again. Thank you for the great experience. See you soon.

Magical adventure - We highly recommend this 2-day safari in Mikumi Park: the organization is perfect and the agency is very attentive to special requests; the guide is very attentive, he knows the park and the history of its animals perfectly, so he gives you enough time to admire the landscapes and the animals; we were able to see lions, giraffes, gazelles, zebras, elephants, crocodiles, monkeys, birds....., it was just magical; I also emphasize that the hotel was great with a very welcoming team.

Worst trip - Bad experience all is bad they’re the worst tourist group a negative trivia experience can significantly impact participant satisfaction and future engagement. To improve, organizers should focus on designing well-balanced and clearly worded questions, ensuring competent and engaging hosting, addressing technical issues, balancing teams, providing diverse topics, enforcing rules against cheating, managing time effectively, creating an interactive format, and considering inclusivity. Addressing these areas can lead to a more enjoyable and fair trivia experience for all participants.

Bad experience - They are the worst ever ! Unprofessional team , we had terrible experience with them Not recommended at all . Don’t reserve with them

Would not recommend, bad service!! - Would not recommend!! Bad service. We booked this safari 1 month before. 20 hours before we would've been picked up the safari was cancelled. No explanation was given to us. I contacted the company myself and asked why it was cancelled this late and if there was a different option for us. He told me to book for another date but still no reason why it was cancelled. After i asked if it was possible to do 1 day safari he only said he would check and let me know. After 8 hours passed and i didn't hear from him we decided to book a safari with another company.... Really not customer friendly and caused us a lot of stress during our vacation....

Not as advertised, felt ripped off. - The day before we were going to Zanzibar we had a message saying the flight has changed from 4am to 7am. I thought fine. Then the day before we was going on the trip we had a message saying we will now be going by ferry ( which my partner isn't good on ferries) we had no real choice but to except or it would have ruined are holiday. The driver picked us up late to the point that cos of traffic he dropped us off 800m down the road and said we would have to go by foot to the ferry (we only just made it) by the time we got to Tanzania and picked up by the driver there it was 10am. 6hrs later than originally planned. After the 6hr drive to Mikumi we had 3hrs in the park before we were taken to the camp for the night. The next day we started in the park at 7am and finished at 1pm for then the long drive back to the airport (7hrs). The guide/driver was amazing he done everything he could. When we got to the airport we were given are tickets to fly back we then found that my name wasn't on the ticket it was the camp we stayed at so they said I couldn't fly. If it wasn't for the manager at the airport I would have been stranded at the airport till the next day. I did message the tour operator and asked for a 20% refund for the time lost and the stress caused to which I thought was fare as the ferry is half the price of the flight and we lost 6hrs in total in the game park. I have had no reply or refund. I wouldn't recommend this tour company to anyone. This trip was booked 4months before so there shouldn't of been any problems if the tour operator had prebooked the tickets. I will be taking this further.

Was a no show and I’m £700 out of pocket - The tour guide was a no show. He claimed he offered me a one day tour, no, he sent me a ticket and I replied I had booked a 2 day tour for 29th June and that I couldn’t do the date he offered. I have lost £700 if I couldn’t do his alternative date then, the tour should have been cancelled and refunded. £700 is a lot of money to lose. Please do not book with this company
