Day1:
Your private English speaking tour guide picks you up from your centrally located hotel in Harbin city in the early morning at 9:00am.and head up to Sun Island Snow Festival, you will see many snow building, and art works in Sun Island.
Harbin Snow Fair - Snow Fair/ Festival hold on sunisland, after this you can go to others attraction around sun island you like. just talk with your tour guide, he/she will take you go.
Harbin Ice and Snow World - At last go to Harbin Ice and Snow World at night and you will be able to enjoy night time Ice Festival there. When your entire tour is finished, you will be transferred back to your hotel.

You can choose whether you want your transportation to be via private vehicle or public transit.

Great tour guide, great scenic spots and food - Our family went to the trip in 2019 (I couldn’t choose the year since I wrote it after a long time) and the tour guide was very welcoming and brought us to many different places and gave us a great introduction to Harbin. The tour guide’s English is good and we had a great time enjoying the places and the local food she introduced to us. Wonderful.

2-Day Happy Harbin Private Tour - We are American from Guangzhou. Samantha helps us arrange Harbin tours. Our family have a very happy winter holiday, for the 2 days’ itinerary and ice and snow activities are relaxed and free. We have done what we planned with Samantha Private Tour. Our children like to run on the snow ground, and there are many experiments about different ice and snow activities like snow tubing, ice slide, riding bikes on ice…. Children are very excited and happy. Samantha take our family to a clean and no-smoking restaurant for lunch, the food tastes very good, my children also like it. We highly recommend Samantha’s service for your coming winter holiday, it is very useful and can save lots of time in cold weather.

Harbin private tour - We booked a 2 ½ days tour in Harbin city with Harbin City tour and our tour guide was Sera, she showed us all the scenic spots that we choose explaining all the details and been very patient and kind taking us to every place.
Helped us to book restaurant reservations, buying park entry tickets and etc.
We really recommend Sera and Harbin city private tours.

Lovely Seeing All The Different Places in Harbin City - We are from Shanghai coming to Harbin for holiday. We found Harbin Private Tour Guide service on the Internet. They gave us a very good tour. We visited many places of interest. We enjoyed Harbin’s beauty and learned about the culture and history, also tasting the local delicious food. That’s really a relaxing and safe trip. But it is a pity that we didn’t see Ice Festival, because it is not open yet. I think we will come again during Chinese New Year. We will still use “harbinprivatetourguide"also highly recommend their service to you, especially the leader, Samantha, she is excellent, she also gives us some HARBIN T-SHIRT as souvenirs. Thanks for her useful work and warm heart.

What an experience! Like someone in your family is taking you around. - We did not plan to book this tour until the last minute. We figured out rather standing at a sub-zero weather street corner, trying to flag down a cab, it would be better for a couple of near 70 years seniors to have someone taking them around with private transportation. Sara is a charm, on top of taking us to all the places that we should be seeing and all kinds of food that we should be eating in Harbin, at all time, while going from one place to another she was holding on to my wife tightly to avoiding her from falling onto the icy ground. Some of the roads are slippy and they seldom use salt to deice like in U.S.. She was also our photographer, we had never taken so many pictures as couple on many other trips that we had taken. Since we are seniors, she did not miss to get our senior benefits. Some of them are so generous that are even better than that in the United States. She lets us feel that one of our close family member is showing us around the city. We have a great time seeing the city that I have long to visit.

This is a Very Good Option - This was a great way to get an excellent orientation to Harbin and the Snow and Ice Festival. The program was flexible in where we visited, yet it could have been a bit more flexible in allowing for more time at the Snow and Ice festival at night. Our Guide Fianna was excellent and answered all questions we had and made sure we saw the locations we had mentioned. She navigated the entry process with ease making the best use of our time. I highly recommend her services.

Amazing Winter tour at good pace to see the most Harbin sites in 2 days - Our guide Maggie was very helpful and efficient at getting us around to time visiting all the main sites at good times throughout the two days. The main sites are Snow Park and Ice World which are amazing. We should probably have allocated more time for ice world, which starts looking the most amazing after 4pm as the dusk starts and the illuminated ice structures are in their full bright colors.

Amazing tour. Very informative and concenient - First time in harbin for my wife and 5 year old son. Had an amazing tour with Joanna and drivers Gary and Dong. Joanna really knows the ins and out of Harbin and you get a good informative guide of some of the history of Harbin while on tour. Drivers Gary and Dong, are very patient and always keeps he car warm when we need to ride. The tour itself was very convenient and Joanna was very helpful and patient on catering to our needs. Main attractions of our tour were ice and castle festival, snow fair and the siberian tiger park. I would recommend for anyone to take this private tour when visiting Harbin specially those who don’t speak the native language. It will really save you a lot of time and energy. Even if you speak chinese I would still recommend to take this private tour to make the trip really worthwile and memorable

Winter Travel to Harbin - We booked two days’tour with Samantha’s group. In the extremely cold weather in the northeast of China, it’s necessary that someone can help you arrange everything for you. It really makes our traveling easy and enjoyable. The only thing we need to accustom is the cold weather here, as we come from the hot country, Australia, where it is 40 degrees in summer. We also booked Samantha's service of airport pick-up and drop-off transfer, which was also a great experience. So I highly recommend Samantha group to you.
