Highlights

Arusha Airport to Lake Manyara

Lake Manyara National Park - Begin your adventure with an 8:30 AM pick-up from your Arusha hotel, heading to Lake Manyara National Park for a full day of game viewing with a picnic lunch. As you enter the park, the lush Acacia and Mahogany forests set the stage for the day ahead. The game drive continues until evening, with a break for lunch. Keep an eye out for buffaloes, giraffes, impalas, baboons, and blue monkeys. The park is also known for its tree-climbing lions, though spotting them is a matter of luck. In the right season, the shoreline turns pink with millions of flamingos. After the game drive, return to your camp or lodge for a delicious dinner.

Lake Manyara to Central Serengeti

Serengeti National Park - After breakfast, journey to Serengeti National Park via the scenic highlands of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend into the heart of wild Africa, the Serengeti, with its endless plains stretching to the horizon. Head to the central Seronera area, rich in wildlife and featuring the Seronera River, a vital water source. Arrive in time for lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive.

Central Serengeti to Ngorongoro

Serengeti National Park - After breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive in Serengeti National Park. Later, depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area with a picnic lunch. The Ngorongoro Crater, the world’s largest collapsed volcanic crater, is a stunning natural wonder. Surrounded by extinct volcanoes, the crater floor is home to around 30,000 animals. End the day with a hearty dinner and a restful night at your accommodation.

Ngorongoro Crater Tour

Ngorongoro Conservation Area - After an early breakfast, descend to the crater floor for a game drive. Expect to see lions, elephants, zebras, hippos, flamingos, jackals, rhinos, antelopes, and many birds, including eagles, vultures, storks, and herons. After a picnic lunch at the Hippo Pool, ascend to the crater’s top exit. A 2-hour drive to your Karatu accommodation concludes the day, with a freshly prepared dinner awaiting you. After several days of safari, a good rest is essential. The next day marks the final leg of your journey.

Tarangire to Arusha

Tarangire National Park - The last day of your safari starts at 8:00 AM after a hearty breakfast. Travel from Arusha to Tarangire National Park for a half-day game drive. Known for its majestic baobab trees and large elephant herds, Tarangire is Tanzania’s third-largest national park. Look for lions, leopards, cheetahs, kudus, buffaloes, oryx, elands, giraffes, and zebras. By mid-afternoon, head back to Arusha, arriving by 6 PM. Great Safari - Amazing safari. We saw more than we expected. The guide - Ezekiel - was very helpful, punctual and stopped when we wanted to take some photos. He showed us animals that we would not notice. Great knowledge! I look forward to visiting Tanzania again, along with of course Seko safaris ltd

Wonderful! - This trip was for 3... my husband, myself and our adult daughter. We had an amazing experience! Our safari far exceeded expectations! Our guide, Fredy, was fantastic. He had an amazing ability to find animals, and to get us the best view possible! We saw the Big 5... any many more. The accommodations were top notch! The food was very good! The crew at Seko safaris are very easy to work with, and very responsive to our questions. From the first contact to the end of our safari. It is hard to know how to choose a safari company, from far away, and with little knowledge of how the safari's work. I am so very glad I found and chose Seko safaris. They are personable and willing to work with you to create the experience of a lifetime! We visited Tarangire National Park, Ngorongoro Crater, Serengeti National Park and Lake Manyara National Park. Amazing, Wonderful, Fantastic!

The Safari you dream of! - My safari with Seko safaris was the safari I've always dreamed of going on. It far exceeded expectations in every sense. There is not a single thing I can complain about. It was perfect. Seko safaris took care of everything for us. We went during the off-season and it felt like we had the Serengeti and Ngorongoro to ourselves with the animals. We thought we were going to get stuck in the rain, but it only rained briefly on one day and it was honestly a surreal way to experience it. Do not be scared of a little rain on your safari! We were happy to trade a little rain for not spending tons of time behind other safari vehicles. The accommodations that Seko safaris booked were incredible: beautiful views and amenities and since it was the off-season, we had the lodges to ourselves as well. It felt like a completely private trip. I highly recommend going during early September, it was a truly magical experience. Our Seko safaris guide was very knowledgeable and fun to be around. He went above and beyond in every way. He knew so much about both the Serengeti and Ngorongoro and was able to help us find the elusive leopard up close, which was the highlight of the trip for me. He was fun to be around and went above and beyond in every way to make us feel comfortable and to find the hard-to-spot animals.Spend the extra dollars with Seko safaris, you will not regret it.

Excellent Safari - Journey started with planning. I reviewed a lot of proposals on online platforms and liked the one proposed by Seko safaris. Unfortunately it was only for 4 days and I wanted for 6 days. I sent a request for custom journey with some personal wishes and immediately got and answer from Victor with the custom proposal. We discusses many detals before the trip, Victor always answers immediately. Then we made a payment and came to Kilimanjaro. Our guide Edward (a real professional!) met us in the airport. After this moment we could relax and thought only about which animal we can see today)). We could see leopards twice, one time even with kids. We've seen cheetahs, many lions, elephants and many other animals. We had no one issue during our journey. Just relaxed, didn't worry about anything. It's very important for us that the journey was exactly how we planned, no even minor changes. No surprises! Clean and new car, as many water as I need, and I espessially like hot meals for lunch instead of lunch box. There was a power socket in the car, we could charge camera batteries and phones. It's very important as our Serengeti camp had problems with charging. We took standard accomodation variant and found all camps and lodges quite acceptable. The staff was friendly and rooms comfortable. Next time I will go to safari only with Seko safaris.
