Highly Recommend - Dimitris was our driver and he provided exceptional service. We had a long wait at customs and then one of our bags was lost. Dimitris was very accommodating and kept in contact with me during the process. We appreciated his patience.

Wonderful transportation... - Wonderful transportation from the Zurich airport to my hotel. My driver, Paul, was prompt, friendly and informative. Communication was great and we found each other easily at arrivals. Definitely would recommend.

Great Drivers, Excellent Advice and Service - AlpExcursion.com provided driving services for my workshop group of 15 people in September. They did a great job with our three city-city transfers and four day trips. The drivers were personable, knowledgeable, and professional (thank you Goce, Daniel, and one other). They all offered restaurant and attraction recommendations everywhere we visited. Only one slight snag when there were unavoidable traffic delays picking us up and we weren’t made aware of the reason for the delay and subsequent updates until we called them. Perfect transfer - Extremely professional and organized! Driver met us at baggage claim and was able to help retrieve our luggage. Hotel was very close to airport, but their service made it so much easier to not have to figure out where to go.

Zurich trip - Meet our expectation. Was on time and driver friendly. Located easily at Airport and car was really close. We had to wait for luggage and driver accomodated

Had to cancel sinvce the supplier could not accomodate a time change on arrival - Our flight was delayed from morning to evening arrival. Supplier was not able to accommodate the change in arrival time, so we were charged and had to find another supplier to pick us up the same day. Understood but very sad.

The tour guide couldn’t... - The tour guide couldn’t speak good English as he was from India and very hard to understand. He also never talked unless we asked him a question. He took us on a boat ride and said it was included and the boy captain was very mad and said he should have known better. I asked him to explain the historical sites and he had no knowledge. The worse tour we have ever taken. We need a refund please as we left the 2hr excursion after 25 min of nothing
