Zhangjiajie Forest Park: Bailong Elevator, Yuanjiajie, Hallelujah Mountain, Yangjiajie, Tianzi Mountain

Zhangjiajie National Forest Park - In the morning, the guide will meet the group in the hotel lobby at the prearranged time. The journey to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park will then commence. For added convenience, consider booking a hotel near the Park’s East Gate.

BaiLong Elevator - Upon entering, the guide will lead the group to the Bailong Elevator, renowned as the tallest and fastest outdoor sightseeing lift globally, to reach the summit.

Yuanjiajie - Exiting the elevator, the group will arrive at Yuanjiajie Scenic Area. Here, visitors can marvel at Hallelujah Mountain, which inspired the floating mountains in the sci-fi film ‘Avatar’, as well as the Back Garden, Enchanting Platform, and No.1 Bridge under Heaven. Lunch is not included, so it is advisable to enjoy a hearty breakfast at the hotel and bring snacks for a simple lunch. Fast food options like Dicos are available at Yuanjiajie, and MacDonald’s can be found on Tianzi Mountain, though there may be long waits.

Yangjiajie Scenic Area - Board the park’s eco-bus to Yangjiajie, where numerous pine-capped peaks stand in parallel, resembling a Natural Great Wall.

Tianzi Mountain - A shuttle bus will take the group to Tianzi Mountain, described as “an enlarged bonsai, a minified fairyland”, and an ideal spot to view the sea of clouds. Descend the mountain by cable car and return to the hotel with the guide.

Visit Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon with Glass Bridge and Tianmen Mountain

The Grand Canyon of Zhangjiajie - In the morning, the guide and driver will pick up the group for a 40-minute drive to Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon.

Zhangjiajie Glass Bridge - The highlight is the world’s highest and longest transparent Glass Bridge spanning the canyon. Visitors are encouraged to walk on it to experience the sensation of walking in the air while enjoying the breathtaking views.

Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park - In the afternoon, the group will visit Tianmen Mountain. They will see the iconic Tianmen Cave (Heaven’s Gate), walk the cliffside Glass Skywalk (shoe cover expense included), and enjoy a round-trip ropeway, a shuttle bus ride on the scenic 99-bend mountain road, and the 12-level transmountain escalator.

Zhangjiajie - At the tour’s conclusion, the guide will accompany the group back to the hotel. Note: A private tour is available for groups of 7 or more.
