Zhangjiajie - Upon arrival at Zhangjiajie Airport or Railway Station, guests will receive a warm welcome from our guide and driver. They will be transferred to their hotel for a restful stay, with no scheduled activities for the day. It is recommended to book a hotel in Wulingyuan, near the East Gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Suggested hotels include: Pullman, Neodalle (formerly Crowne Plaza), Zhangjiajie Qinghe Jinjiang International Hotel, Yoba Boutique Hotel, SecGarden Boutique Hotel, Guanshanyue Honeymoon Mansion, and Four Seasons Are Picturesque Guesthouse.

Tianzi Mountain & AVATAR Mountain with the Highest Elevator

Zhangjiajie National Forest Park - Enter the park and take the Bailong Elevator up to Yuanjiajie. The Bailong Elevator is renowned as the world’s tallest full-exposure outdoor lift and the tallest double-deck sightseeing elevator. Yuanjiajie inspired the Hallelujah Mountain in AVATAR. Visitors can explore Mihun Stage, AVATAR Mountain, and more.

Tianzi Mountain - Visit Tianzi Mountain, a mesa in the northwest of Wulingyuan. The mesa offers a wide field of vision, perfect for panoramic views of the nature reserve. Enjoy attractions like Helong Park and The West Sea. Descend the mountain via the Tianzi Cablecar.

Golden Whip Brook - Disembark the shuttle bus at Shuiraosimen Station and head to Golden Whip Brook. Named after the Golden Whip Rock, it is celebrated as one of the world’s most beautiful valleys, known for its fresh air and crystal-clear water. Explore 1.5 to 2 kilometers and return.

Yuanjiajie - As a top attraction in the park, Yuanjiajie is often called the real “Pandora World.” During the hike, prepare to admire the South Sky Pillar, approximately 150 meters high, the true inspiration for Avatar’s Hallelujah Mountain. Enjoy the best views at Enchanting Platform, with numerous stone peaks resembling bamboo shoots. This mountain offers panoramic views of the stunning Zhangjiajie National Park. Descend via the impressive Bailong lift, the world’s highest and fastest lift.

Yellow Dragon Cave & Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon with the Longest Glass Bridge

Yellow Dragon Cave - Situated at the eastern end of Wulingyuan and near Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, Yellow Dragon Cave is one of China’s most beautiful caves and the longest in Asia. Resembling an underground “magical palace,” it features wide caves, deep underground rivers, hanging waterfalls, and dense stone bamboo shoots. The cave maintains a cool temperature in summer and warmth in winter due to excellent air circulation. It is recognized as a magical karst cave both in China and globally.

The Grand Canyon of Zhangjiajie - Visit the Glass Bridge, the highlight of Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon. This transparent glass bridge is the highest and longest of its kind, measuring 430 meters in length and 6 meters in width, and standing 300 meters above ground. It can support 800 people simultaneously. Explore the Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon, a landform museum featuring attractions like the Bandit Cave, One Line Sky, Rotten Ship Rock, Butterfly Spring Waterfall, and Tianhe River Sightseeing Deck.

Tianmen Mountain & Sandstone Painting Museum with the Longest Cablecar

Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park - After a leisurely breakfast at the hotel, check out and head to Tianmen Mountain. Take the cablecar up the mountain and walk along the plank road built into the cliff face. The experience feels like walking in a fairyland, especially when the mist is heavy. Tianmen Mountain is famous for Tianmen Cave, known as a “door to heaven” in Chinese, and for being flown through by a world-class stuntman in a wingsuit. Popular attractions include the Glass Skywalk, Tianmen Cave, and 99 Bends Bus Road.

Zhangjiajie - Visit the Junsheng Sandstone Painting Museum, a gallery dedicated to a new type of painting (sand & stone painting) established by Mr. Li Junsheng in 2001. Mr. Li is a renowned young artist from the Tujia minority and the founder of sandstone painting. The museum was awarded AA standard status by the National Committee on quality rating assessment of tourist attractions in 2004. It is a personal enterprise focused on research, development, production, and sales of sandstone paintings and unique folk handicrafts. Guests will be dropped off at Zhangjiajie Airport or Railway Station, with hopes of welcoming them again in the future.
