Zhangjiajie National Forest Park - The driver will meet you in the lobby of your Shanghai hotel and transfer you to Shanghai International Airport for your morning flight to Zhangjiajie (approximately 3 hours).

Upon arrival, your tour guide will be waiting for you at the exit of the arrival hall with a sign displaying your name. You will then proceed directly to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park.

Wulingyuan Scenic and Historic Interest Area of Zhangjiajie - After lunch, you will first experience the incredible Bailong Elevator, which takes you up to Yuanjiajie to marvel at the natural wonders. Yuanjiajie gained fame as the Southern Sky Pillar inspired the floating mountains in the Hollywood film Avatar.

Explore the summit of Yuanjiajie and hike to the Pillar of Southern Sky. Enjoy breathtaking views of nearby peaks, then follow your tour guide to walk across the “First Bridge Under Heaven.”

Tianzi Mountain - Accompanied by your tour guide, take the shuttle bus to Tianzi Mountain. Known as ‘the Monarch of the Peak Forest,’ Tianzi Mountain offers stunning views of peaks, allowing you to enjoy the full view of the Wulingyuan Scenic Area. Revel in the spectacular views of a forest on a karst landscape and learn about the legend of Tianzi Mountain from your tour guide.

Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park - Your tour guide will pick you up from your hotel’s lobby and take you on the world’s longest cable car ride to the top of Tianmen Mountain.

Experience the incredible Heaven-linking Avenue, also known as 99 Bending Road, which is considered the most hazardous road. Built in 1998 with 99 consecutive turns, enjoy this amazing road from the cable car.

Tianmen Mountain is relatively gentle and filled with ancient trees, making it known as the most beautiful sky garden and a paradise on earth.

Afterward, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

Zhangjiajie Glass Bridge - The highlight of today is experiencing the Zhangjiajie Glass Bridge, renowned as the highest and longest glass bridge in the world. Spanning 375 meters in length and 6 meters wide, this bridge is suspended 300 meters above the ground.

Challenge yourself to cross the bridge, leaving you with a memorable experience.

Take the elevator down and visit the Tianmen Cave. From a distance, the cave resembles a path to heaven, hence the name (Tianmen, meaning Heavenly Door).

After the tour concludes, you can choose to end your tour in Zhangjiajie, or your tour guide will drop you off at Zhangjiajie airport for your flight to your next destination (Beijing, Xi’an, Shanghai).
