If you are being collected from a residence:

The driver will reach out to you 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup to ensure you are ready and to confirm the pickup location. You will be collected promptly in a comfortable, clean, and sanitized vehicle. The driver will assist with loading your luggage, confirm the destination address, and then you’ll be on your way.

If you are being collected from the airport or ferry terminal:

After landing or docking, you will receive a message from your driver with detailed pickup instructions.

In case of flight or ship delays, there is no need to worry. Your driver will be there upon your arrival. The first hour of waiting is complimentary, after which a waiting fee of 15 €/h will be charged, payable directly to the driver.

Should you need to make a stop along the way to pick up essentials or refreshments, feel free to request this from the driver.
