The right plan to go to zaventem - It is several times that I use this company for my transfers from my home to zaventem..and back Always on time both outbound and return... and always with a very friendly driver...

Great Service to Brussels Airport - We booked the transfer from Brussels Airport (BRU) to our rented house the day before arrival, for 8 people (2 families with 4 children in all) and the Service was perfect. The driver contacted us via whatsapp and picked us up outside the airport as indicated with a minibus that took us directly under the house. We were also provided the lift for one of the children as requested, Service not always guaranteed and included in the price. Highly recommended for those arriving in Brussels at times not exactly comfortable and prefer to have the guarantee of a fast and certain transport.

Excellent valet parking - Excellent service. Drivers are very attentive and ready to face any situation with a smile (even a delay of nearly 2 hours on schedule due to delays at customs). I would definitely recommend!!

Excellent ride to Brussels Airport. - Communication with the company was clear and efficient. The driver was on time, the vehicle was immaculate and the ride to the airport was fast and comfortable.

Driver never arrived (BRU city -> BRU airport) - but advanced payment was refunded - In short: Driver never showed up... (Pick up in Brussels, destination Brussels airport, early in the morning). But the company proceeded with the reimbursement (as I had paid in advance) within 24h, but no apologies or explanation, therefore 2*.  I had booked this for my mom and her friend who were nervous about taking a morning flight. When the taxi did not show up after 15min delay, we tried to call the provided numbers to no avail. They were luckily were able to stop a taxi that drove by and made it just on time at the airport. I read through the reviews on tripadvisor before booking with this company and had reassured my mom about their services. The only minimum service required for such service is: pick up and drive to the airport. Nonetheless to say this was a very stressful experience for my mom to start her trip. Note: I have to say that I recommended the same company to my uncle who ordered for the same day and did not have any issue as the driver did arrive for him. I waited a bit before leaving this review, because I don't like to leave negative reviews to smaller businesses, as mishaps can happen to any business. But as I was unable to reach the business when it mattered, and until this day did not receive any explanation (I am sure that anything could happen, maybe they mixed up our booking with  my uncle as was around the same time? maybe an accident happened on the road?).  As this is a service on which people cannot afford to be late as they would miss their plane, I would encourage this business to do way better. Provide an explanation to your clients if you cannot make it or are delayed, book an other taxi for them, provide a free trip, etc. Do not just don't pick them up, be unreachable on all phone numbers that you provided (note: was only reachable later in the day when I requested the refund). If mishaps still happen, provide an apologies and an explanation, it does make a difference in how customers can trust your service in the future.
