there was lot of missing information. the tour guide told about the beer and difference between the style of brews between traditional and market beer. And that was completely fine but he never mention about the tree of brews that there is. he mention about the styles an Ale and a Lager but what about at least mention that there is two styles and these are the common and these are the traditionals. He did talk about the IPA, or the stout or Red Ale and so on. but it lacked information about the predecesors the two styles that really start everything. This is my only comment about the story about the beer. maybe include a bit of more microbrews that there is Toro, Hercules and a few more. The tour was ok, i mean no so amazing but not so plain. Maybe you could include a practical demo where the group can interact. A small brew kit in which the group can interact. they can crush the grains, wash and soak the grains, add the yeast, and at the last step maybe pour a small amout of beer (obviously some process takes couple of weeks, but you get the idea)
